I'm guessing that's because all the stuff that came in the boosters was broken out into separate purchase categories/bundles for the Market. The legacy ownership programming is probably not accurately tracking all the new Market "product codes" for all the things that you're entitled to from the old boosters.

I guess this is what they meant by not implementing a standard F2P model. Most companies turn to F2P to rake in the (substantially greater) cash from microtransactions, not as a gimmick to entice subscription.

Ah, okay. That explains why each server's status changes so arbitrarily from moment to moment.

I've taken two new characters through the new tutorial (on Exalted) and neither have received these 5 enhancements. What am I doing wrong?

So capes can be unlocked prior to level 20 by spending Paragon Points at the Paragon Market. Auras can be similarly unlocked prior to level 30. That's a pretty cool idea if you ask me. I've always felt that having capes and auras available at character creation time was long overdue.
However, before I spend any of my PP on either, I want to understand the purchase structure better, because right now it is unclear what you get for your points. For instance:- When I add "Capes" to my cart, it shows up as "Back Slot Unlock" (or something like that) for PP160. Is this adding access to all the standard capes, or do I have to spend PP160 separately for each standard cape I want access to (unlike doing the cape mission at level 20 which unlocks all the standard cape designs at once)? And is that PP160 purchase a single-character purchase only, or is it unlocking access to standard capes for all my characters account-wide?
- Same questions apply to auras: Is access to the standard auras bought individually or as a "set", and are the purchases per character or account-wide?

I'm seeing a limited population right now? Holy Server Queue, Batman! I don't know if the servers can handle any more players. Most of them are grayed out red with wait queues whenever I login to the game.

I find it a little odd to complain about the in-game logic of trainers serving as tailors when you've got much bigger canyons of logic to overcome in order to enjoy the game: like Frostfire needing to have his bacon saved every ten minutes...

Well I'm still confused about character slots.
- I am a VIP player who returned to the game last month. Before Freedom Head Start began, I had five extra slot tokens available per server, which I never used. I don't even remember how I obtained them; they just showed up on the character select screen as "Redeemable Slots: 5". Now, however, I only have 12 slots per server available to me and zero extra slots available to redeem rather than five as before. Is this expected behavior or a bug?
. - According to my NCSoft master account I am considered a 4 year 6 month veteran. If I drop to Premium status, how many "global character slots" should I expect to have access to? If I understand the math correctly, it should be 6, shouldn't it? Yet on the character select screens it says "Global Slots: 5". Is there a hard cap of 5 for Premium players (prior to spending points to unlock more) or something?
