Not at the moment. Posi has said in UStream that its on the list of things they want to do, so hopefully soon...and I'd imagine its something that'll actually be done since it involves new ways for players to give the game money.

True, but you're much more likely decide to do that if you can see what you can buy with those points than just to decide to randomly go add 400 pts on a whim.
Regarding this, is it possible to apply Game Time Cards purchased from a retailer to buy Points on the NCSoft acct management page? Would make it much easier for those who don't use credit cards for the game.
No, you can only use them for subscribing. Someone on Beta suggested selling point cards, but I don't remember any red name response to that. And really, they want people to subscribe to the game, so I am not sure how likely something like that is.

I guess this is what they meant by not implementing a standard F2P model. Most companies turn to F2P to rake in the (substantially greater) cash from microtransactions, not as a gimmick to entice subscription.

Is it possible to access the paragon market out of game, as it is essentially a web site? I can't launch the game at work, but it would be nice to be able to see the available offerings.
