Unlocking capes and auras via Paragon Market

So capes can be unlocked prior to level 20 by spending Paragon Points at the Paragon Market. Auras can be similarly unlocked prior to level 30. That's a pretty cool idea if you ask me. I've always felt that having capes and auras available at character creation time was long overdue.

However, before I spend any of my PP on either, I want to understand the purchase structure better, because right now it is unclear what you get for your points. For instance:

  • When I add "Capes" to my cart, it shows up as "Back Slot Unlock" (or something like that) for PP160. Is this adding access to all the standard capes, or do I have to spend PP160 separately for each standard cape I want access to (unlike doing the cape mission at level 20 which unlocks all the standard cape designs at once)? And is that PP160 purchase a single-character purchase only, or is it unlocking access to standard capes for all my characters account-wide?
  • Same questions apply to auras: Is access to the standard auras bought individually or as a "set", and are the purchases per character or account-wide?

Both unlock all of the standard options account-wide to all characters at level 1. You only have to pay extra for premium capes, backpacks, and auras.

Next purchase here I come. After 7 years, I'm kind of tired of helping Hero1 get his stuff back.
