You happen to be able to unlock the weapon just by the fact that the TF requires you to kill the baddies (Overseers). So its like a bonus for everyone on the team if you don't already have it -- Though you can get it anytime in FBZ.

The Dr. Quaterfield Task Force is levels 40-44, thus a lvl 50 will be 44 with level 49 powers and slots. He is located in Fire Base Zulu -- the base that you first zone into upon coming into the shadow shard.

just FYI my prize is 20 million to each player influence or infamy so an 8 man team == 160 million in total

Each winner will receive a Gold Title for 6 months and 1 costume code on their choosing. The finals will be held on the Test Server, Friday the 8th of January at 9 PM Eastern, 6 PM Pacific.

The Finals portion of Mr and Ms Paragon City/Rogue Isles has a series of Question and Answers to be completed. Either Madame Pistacio or Ice Knight will be in contact with each winner with their information for the Finalist website.

Specific Rules for the finals.

1. Finalists must be present to win. If a finalist is not then they will be disqualified.

2. Finalists must have their questions answered and all finalist information completed by the 3rd of January before 11:59 PM Pacific. If a Finalist does not have this completed, P.E.R.C. will award the Runner Up from that category the spot in the finals.

3. If a finalist notifies P.E.R.C. that they can not attend the Finals, P.E.R.C. will allow the Runner Up to enter the finals.

4. In the event we have to award the Runner Up a spot in the finals, they will be given 72 hours after the deadline to complete the finalist information. If they do not, then that server will not be represented in that category.

Congrats Everyone and once again - Thank You to everyone who participated!

so since your asking about Virtue and NOT freedom

There are people on this server that still PvP -- obviously no one thats posted here goes into the zones when people are there TO PvP >_> -- Granted the RV is mostly a tug-of-war

Of the people that are willing to PvP I'd like to say that the majority of them are people that PvE a lot and have setup a toon or so for PvP for some fast-fun entertainment. Granted there are some that do everything for PvP -- but most of those have scrambled off. There are SG/VGs that support PvPing and come out and have some fun and such -- PvP is still included in the majority of group events!

So I guess you could say most people have their moments of when they want to PvP -- which means they aren't totally against it!! -- This is good --

The level of people willing to organize seems to be increasing and so is overall participation -- so maybe we will see some interesting things develop in the near future.

Yes -- if you are stuck outside pocket d 1, try to get in it if not they will come to pocket d 2

Tonight is the night

I like to do events: mothership raids, hamis, costume contests, arena blah blah

Meeting new people that know how to play is ever so awesome-- thats where the SG business can come in...

AE is always a time sucker, but can be a lot of fun creating things if you like that sort of thing.

Making and leveling new toons I like to make builds and then if I like enough I make it -- gives me something to spend my inf on. Revisiting my older character builds to rework and improve is always nice -- or maybe make a second build to achieve a different play style.

There is also that solo aspect that people love to do and there is endless possibilities with that -- but I find that plain boring -- I like teaming with other players, it never fails to bring excitement

well virtue specifically has pvp sg's and have your standard sgs that get together and pvp...

theres people that play in the zones -- so people still find it fun and spend their time doing it

its still alive

I see -- yeah wasn't for the regen - just reconstruct and dull pain

They should remove that res and give me my heal bonuses


At least I have my capped HP, shame about the heal...
