what is the minimum lvl? where is the start? and is the Rularuu weapons only for the character that completes TF, i suppose so, but just checking?
You happen to be able to unlock the weapon just by the fact that the TF requires you to kill the baddies (Overseers). So its like a bonus for everyone on the team if you don't already have it -- Though you can get it anytime in FBZ.
The Dr. Quaterfield Task Force is levels 40-44, thus a lvl 50 will be 44 with level 49 powers and slots. He is located in Fire Base Zulu -- the base that you first zone into upon coming into the shadow shard.

I'll be hosting a Doc Q. TF. Great if you have time to kill for 111 Merits & Token that gives you access to Rularuu Weapons. Starting at 8am Pacific/11am East. Min Lvl is 40 to participate.
I have my usual group of misfits with me for this, but I wanted to try get as many folks together for this & perhaps set up several teams. So everyone can have the joy of the game's longest TF.
