Banning 1 power because its bugged is a far cry different than trying to tweak the settings and line ups to make it "fun" because they took a system with some flaws and broke it totally. You cant compare the rules of the old ladder to the rules people are fighting over on this new one at all.

I refuse to do the dev's job. It was their job to make a fun enough game for people to pay 15 bucks a month for. I for one don't feel like it is worth it anymore. I was in it for PvP and I can get that excitement of out playing and out thinking another player from other games that do not charge 15 bucks a month.

Its not a rage quit. And if i wasent dragging my team by the ears to get on test it would not be. So if i say its not worth the bother then basically LoL wont be on test.

I'm not saying its dr on ts and hd off is a totaly bad way to play I just dont want to play it. Along with a the core players on my team. If you guys work it out and its the only real option in this PvP system then rock on. I just think that the "fun" i get from this game has exponentially decreased and no matter what we do we can not fix what the devs did.

About the vote if Renegades and EB both vote for DR on TS and HD off LoLVirtue will abstain and let you guys duke it out until the res is able to be removed. I'll keep an eye on the forums to see whats going on.

My account runs out the start of july and I'll not be buying rogue so unless i16 has it glhf guys. It has been fun.

Its beyond me how people can look at those and see skill. Or think that no moving no insps is the best form of PvP.

Ya both are broken. The not hold one can be 2 proced and have it hit like a truck. And the hold version can be 3 proced and that helps so it will hit for 200ish then tick for 30-50.

Sharks have -fly too. That with snowstorm normaly is enough in my exp. Could be completely wrong though

I guess spec why dont i want to do that is because i dont want to give my time and energy and money to a game that is only a shadow of its self.

LoL and yes they changed rules in hockey to invite more people to watch. IE shootouts and bigger nets with smaller pads. but the game changed only by changing game plans. I'll bring up the Canada Russia series where they tied. The Russians had a totally new play book than the Canadians when on the power play. They dident forecheck. After that series the game changed. It evolved. They dident make rules saying that you have to forecheck.

If they changed the rules so that the slow and stupid would do well in hockey to get more people to start playing it. And the pro league adopted those rules how long would people watch the sport? With no pro league how many people would start playing the sport? This is what the devs did to this once really really fun game. I for one am |--| this close to giving up on it.

I'll pull LoL off the ladder before we vote yes to banning powers and playing with dr on. Its just very very clear that this new system broke the old days of "have at it guys" but no veng.

And yes sports have rules but they dident change the rules of hockey when #66 and 5 of his buddies on the oilers scored 50+ goals in one year. They just said we have to beat them.

If this is what test has come to I'll take no part in it.

Not to mentoin you have to retoggle every 15 sec because mezzes drop them.

Fire armor does well for scrapers too. Its more skill based then regen but has more damage potential.

It was late and i forgot a few things.

90 sec into a match a team can call for a reset due to a disconnection one time.

Also if there is an odd number of players one of two things will happen. Either I will step in and play or one person sits every round. That depends on my mood.

Dominate i do 3 acc/dam SHOs and 3 damage procs. Tk I like to slot 1 range and 1-2 recharges.

I like to have around 35ish mag KB protection on my toons so lift and levitate dont effect me. There is only a few things in the game higher than that and they are so uncommon. So if you can get there with kb IOs then id skip acro. but if you have the free power but not the free slots take acro. If you have no free powers but a free slots dont. Colds are lucky because they can slot mag 8 kb protection in their shields and in the artic fog. Not to mention Combat jumping. Thats 32 right there. Therm might be close. but you do have 2 shields you can get steafasts in.

[u]Rules and Concept[u]

Lethal lottery functions like this. Teams are 2v2. Before each round teams are selected randomly and paired with another random team to fight a 10 min round. Winners will be then grouped into one pool while people that lost will be in their own pool. Then teams are randomly selected again taking one from each pool to make the teams. This makes sure teams stay balanced. So if you lost one round then you will be paired with someone who won last round. Still random selection though.

Rankings will be determined by a point system. 2 points for a win 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. Once 5 rounds have been completed the top 4 players are chosen. then from that pool 2 teams are randomly selected for a final match.

In my experience the winners of this match normally come out with the most points.

All matches will be 10 min. DR will be on and Travel Suppression will be off Randomly selected map unless both teams agree on a map. WIth resets on monkey cage, Caves and Office. Anything you can buy from the arena store is a go.(Tier 1 insps and temps) Vengeance is ok too.

No I'm not giving you anything for winning. Just some pride and some PvP for a night.

Who is in? These have been tuns of fun in the past. Just a night of no QQ and tuns of Pew Pew. The random format makes for people to bring buffers, damage, and debuffers everything really.

I really agree about the red side corrs being better now that unresisted debuffs are out of the picture. Its sad that for years you always rolled a fender version if you could because it would be better now its the other way around. Silly silly devs. No happy middle its one end of the spectrum or the other. The thing is i really really try to avoid responding to a help me thread by saying reroll. Some people take a long time to get a toon to the high 40s and want to now pvp with their project. So I try and help them be the best new PvPers that they can. Not your toon sucks go make something not fail. :P

and ya I was not going to get into it but ice kinda sucks. Only thing really keeping you as a fender cold is psy or sonic(For more -res if i remember right its -20 not -15 that corrs get) But id put my sonic/cold/sharks corr up vs just about any cold/sonic/psy(or power) fender any day.
