    This has been going on since Thursday, this morning I have been trying to log in for 28 min now with no luck.

    Does anyone else think the guides should have the sticky removed encouraging people to make new ones that are relevant to the current state of the game? Are comments, and guides from issue 4, and 10 really relevant to current game play?

    I had no idea. I did have SS, and I don't have a problem with it. I just feel more comfortable using fly as a travel power. I guess with the change in the temp flyers it is worth using them now though.

  7. I have a question on the ele/kin. Is conductive aura that great? It seems to miss a lot, and with transference I don't seem to have any end issues.
  8. ok so here is my attempt at fire/storm for 19. *cowers in a corner*

    I can't seem to find enhancements to boost my recovery more. Any advice? I am sure I am wrong all over, I really love to play this toon, but yet to come close to a build that is semi agreeable it seems LOL Will post the others later as time permits.

    I have 3 controllers which I am looking for build suggestions with I19 finally in play. I am really bad at creating builds, and hoping people have some laying around that I can build from. I don't really want to put the effort in to purple sets, I do have a bit of Inf to spend though.

    Fire/Storm - I would like fly as my travel power, open to suggestions on APP. I have ice currently, and not overtly happy with it.

    Ele/Kin - I would like fly as my travel power, open to suggestions for APP here also.

    Ill/Rad - I would also like fly here, I chose fire for my APP, that is not set in stone. Open to suggestions as well.

    For health I will be 2 slotting it with numina, and miracle procs. Stamina will just be the proc from performance shifter.

    I have 3 kb resist from blessing of zephyr, is that overkill?

  12. Hey again!

    So here is my attempt at a build for the new patch. I am not very good at this so feel free to point out mistakes. (be kind LOL) I am over the soft cap for melee, ranged and aoe defense.

    I chose to go with recall friend over CJ since it does not mesh well with SS, or ninja run. Both I have and use. Still that is tentative as well.

    I will be 2 slotting health with the Miracle and Numina proc. 1 slotting stamina with the performance shifter proc.

    Knockout blow has an extra proc from force feedback, that is tentative. I can six slot crushing impact, or use the slot elsewhere.

    Prior to this for my APP I had energy mastery. I am thinking of retaining it just for the extra regen/recovery from physical perfection, and conserve power. I don't have endurance issues ATM, and I like the whole fling fire idea. Swapping APP do you think I will be ok with end?

    I am working on my respec, I have a question about combat jumping. To get the defense bonus the toggle has to be on right?

    I can however put a LoTG recharge in it, and it will work without it being on?

    Tonight has been rather frustrating. Something so simple as running a mission has proved to be problematic. My tip missions were bugged, and my morality mission. I cleared maps completely, no spawns left. I either got no glowies, or the mission objective was missing.

    Anyone else having a problem?

    Psi, I will switch to fire later when I am able to afford a bit more. It was already in the back of my mind. Returning after a 4yr break funds are a bit of an issue.

  23. Forgot to add, I took taunt last so that I could 5 slot my energy torrent for the recharge bonus. While I do group, this character is mostly for solo farming. I missed taunt being earlier when I did a TF this week I am just unsure how to keep my current slotting, and take taunt earlier.
