SD/SS tank build advise please
Well, one thing you're missing is Phalanx Fighting, which gives you a solid 5% defense to all positions, even when solo. You shouldn't let the situational benefits of it prevent you from taking it; a passive power worth 5% defense can save you a lot of influence on set IOs with defense bonuses.
Once you've got that, you can drop some of the other sets; for instance, the Blessing of the Zephyr set in SS. Shield doesn't need additional KB protection, so those slots are really unnecessary.

I agree with what Finduilas mentioned. You could even get away with swapping out Phalanx for Combat Jumping and still retain the enhancements you've already slotted. Maybe take that BotZ -kb IO slot and move it to Battle Agility and add in the LotG: Def/End/Rech for a little more end redux.
Even though AAO tends to draw lots of aggro I preferred to get taunt earlier in my build then the final power.
Throwing darts at the board to see if something sticks.....

Yeah, it's worth noting that in the current build BA, Tough and Weave are all rather underslotted for end reduction, so another slot in each of them would be useful.

Forgot to add, I took taunt last so that I could 5 slot my energy torrent for the recharge bonus. While I do group, this character is mostly for solo farming. I missed taunt being earlier when I did a TF this week I am just unsure how to keep my current slotting, and take taunt earlier.
You could easily switch Phalanx Fighting and Taunt, depending on which one you would miss most when exemping. Other alternatives are delaying SS or Weave to 49; it's really a matter of personal preference.
If you're going to add slots to BA, Tough and Weave, you might as well make sure they're fully slotted for def/res as well. Adding the Def-Res/End/Rchg IO to each will provide plenty of end reduction.
Slotting Foot Stomp with an Eradication set has two drawbacks; it's underslotted for end reduction, and there's no place to put Force Feedback recharge proc. Consider 5-slotting Scirocco's Dervish instead, and 2-slotting BotZ in SS to give a bit more of a cushion for Ranged defense.

For solo farming Pyre will be a better secondary - Fireball does very nice damage. Endurance isn't an issue as inspirations are dropping all the time - I usually combine into reds and blues as required.
I wasn't able to fit Taunt into the build but I've never had an issue holding aggro, once you get Fireball for ranged AoE damage it's even easier.
