SD/SS build for I19
Not sure what you mean by CJ "not meshing well" with SS or Ninja Run; they can certainly be used together.
One thing I'd recommend is to get Grant Cover instead of Stealth. You're well above the soft-cap without Stealth, (especially if you pick up CJ) and Grant Cover will give you additional defense debuff resistance which is extremely useful to have. It'll take the LotG +Recharge, too.
KoB is not the best choice for the Force Feedback proc, since you'll only have a chance for it to hit when you use the attack. You'd get the benefit from it more often in a shorter recharge attack.
As to whether you'll have endurance problems...it's hard to tell, but it's certainly a possibility. You have a lot of recharge, and a lot of attacks, one of which is underslotted for end reduction. (Shield Charge) In the end, it'll probably depend on your playstyle; if you like constant attacking, it'll increase the odds that you'll have problems. If you don't mind slowing down a bit now and then to let your end build back up, you'll probably be okay.

The defense soft cap is 45%. Going beyond that only helps if you get debuffed. Shield Defense has the potential to ignore defense debuffs if you build it right. Otherwise, you are wasting slots and set bonuses on defense bonus that won't do you any good.
It would be a very good idea to attempt to obtain 95% defense debuff resistance, because your survivability depends on it. To do this, you must run ALL of the toggles available in Shield Defense. Also, you must get Active Defense below a 60-second recharge and enhance it with 2-3 Membranes and/or Enzymes. This may require you to get Hasten and a good amount of global recharge. If you just want a cheap build and don't care about dying when you get spammed by defense debuffs, then don't worry about going for DDR.
pstt.. Ninja run toggles off Combat Jumping.

Hey again!
So here is my attempt at a build for the new patch. I am not very good at this so feel free to point out mistakes. (be kind LOL) I am over the soft cap for melee, ranged and aoe defense.
I chose to go with recall friend over CJ since it does not mesh well with SS, or ninja run. Both I have and use. Still that is tentative as well.
I will be 2 slotting health with the Miracle and Numina proc. 1 slotting stamina with the performance shifter proc.
Knockout blow has an extra proc from force feedback, that is tentative. I can six slot crushing impact, or use the slot elsewhere.
Prior to this for my APP I had energy mastery. I am thinking of retaining it just for the extra regen/recovery from physical perfection, and conserve power. I don't have endurance issues ATM, and I like the whole fling fire idea. Swapping APP do you think I will be ok with end?
