If you're really going to go with this then you need to re-evaulate what you consider a "healer"
If Therms are going to be put in the same healer class as Emps and Pains then you need to put EVERYTHING that has a Single Target heal in that healer class as well. Up to, and including Stormies with O2 Boost, MMs with Poison for Alkaloid. Otherwise you're still not even been fair.
Take therms off the list. -
So we're just going to start adding random rules every time a majority votes for it?
How about a new vote. Every time a new rule comes into effect that makes the entire ladder's previous matches a complete waste of time we just start over at week one again.
Otherwise, use the feedback to add rules for whatever ladder is started up NEXT. Don't change the rules in the middle of the damn game. -

Dependin' on when you left, there was an effort quite some time ago to get regular RP on Champion goin'. There's a few people, some o'em forumites, that would be interested in the items you listed, however the RP scene on Champion is virtually non-existent. The unofficially RP server would be Virtue, which sports a very substantial player-base.

EDIT** I think it would be an interesting twist to add this new discovery as part of the incarnate system. Complete some epically meaningless task and earn Fitness as inherent, opening up room for 3 new power selections. Complete something else and receive roughly 5 additional slots. I imagine that the number of slots would be base on how the average person slots Health/Stamina. -

8E is a bit early, still have my fellow Kayakers over but I'll be on as soon as I'm able. If I don't make it then luck to ya. I'm sure using the channels on Champ you'll be able to fill up easily enough anyway.
