  1. Well well. Quite awesome. Won't fit any of my chars, as far as I know. But awesome stuff
  2. Ok, wow...looking forward to seeing what that looks like too XD

What you're calling "combat level" here is not Combat Level, at least as it has been used up until now.

Combat Level has been used to describe your "current" level.

If you are a level 47 character playing your own missions, you are Combat Level 47.
If you are a level 47 character playing SKd to level 50, you are Combat Level 49.
If you are a level 47 character playing RSKd to level 17, you are Combat Level 17.
    Fix't
  4. I really hope bases will bew made co-op in future, and sometime soon. It really is a most annoying limitation.
  5. Aha, I was ninja'd.
Nevermind. I can now stop preparing the Invasion of Paragon Studios to mutilate whoever I encountered if there had been no wolf head Bit of a no brainer that one, really.

We're all glad you can stop being obnoxious haters too

    And hell freaking YEAH!

I am thankful for whoever made that costume piece a reality!

And even then, that's only a guess by people. There is, as of yet, no confirmed solo-able content coming in I20 that can allow for that.

If a Dev was to pop up and say 'Yeah, wait till I20, then you can solo. Just be patient.' this whole debate wouldn't even be happening.
As it is? Well, that's peoples opinions, and they are allowed them.

Very funny, clever clogs. I see you are not a McGuyver though

That aside, see the previous comment; it's all about allowing options for everyone.

And what if they can't participate in TFs often? I know of people who find that to be the case. Are they gated from ever getting the Rare/Very Rare slots by some arbitrary limit trying to encourage them to do something that they probably would anyway were they able to do so?

    Char Copy down?

Ok, I don't have anything to copy over at the moment, because I'm too busy for testing...

    But, seriously; What. The. Smeg?

Every damned big issue, EU character test transfer goes down. Without fail. You could set your clock by it.
    What the hell gives, man?

I think that is a valuable additional feature.

    Madness? THIS IS ALPHA!
    Y'ello?

Couldn't their opinions at least be worth respectfully disagreeing with, without a dismissive "u mad? kthnxbai."

FYI, this stuff is on test for us to...test. Part of testing is providing feedback.

Well...I think I'll mention Pot and Kettle here. There has been repeated calm, logical discussion and posting from soloists on the subject, which seems to get repeatedly ignored, thrown back in their faces or 'Hey, this is OT, mod it'-ed.

...Hang on. I'm not sure wether Dumple is saying pro-solo or pro-team posters should try some perspective...

Ah, hell. Perspective is still needed.
I think, for a Test Server thread, this is perfectly valid feedback. And, for something people have paid extra for as mentioned, and for something that was touted as end level progression and being about making our character the Main Focus and all that...lack of a solo option, even if it was 'only' a large shard cost for conversion, will come back round to bite later on.

  13. See, that makes very little sense to me. Why allow the things to be broken down, and yet not crafted the same way?

Don't get me wrong, I'm no die hard. I'll tag along for the TFs the same as most folks and probably have a good time alongside.
I just still thing it's damned silly design, and it would also give a soloable option.
  14. So...is it possible to use shards to craft a Notice of the Well, then?

    Cool pics, thanks Ward =]

It's called "Satisfaction". You wouldn't understand
  16. I just can't see any openings for my characters yet, really.
That and, y'know, trying to keep up with SH102, my little writing snippets in the IC Story thread, In-Game stuff, RL and Uni work...it gets a little hectic, y'know?

    Epic. Fail.

I guess he really IS that Emo
  18. Actually not true. Some people have naturally bulkier arms than some. Or other parts are, y'know, different or unique, as humans all are.

I for one have incredibly feminine eyelashes apparently. I also have very pronounced veins on my hands, much like is shown in that picture.

Also, you'd critiscise them because of choices they make? Because you decree they are wrong, or something? Isn't that attempted suppression of free will, choice and a little thing people call democray?

So, what the Hell happened, and why isn't it in the patch notes?
Yeah, more choice is good, why take it away?

Also, you might want to apologise to Bass for calling him/her Golden Girl

Your puny fleshling brain obviously doesn't work, but I guess I can try using small words...

    1) Sound, noise, output; An Orbital Class Railcannon firing, in atmosphere, would just as likely kill everyone withing a few mile radius from their eardrums cataclymiscally imploding, or simply having their heads pop like ripe melons due to sudden pressure build up and release.
    Also, subtlety fail much?

    2) Space. Literally in this case. Those things are big.

    3) Deniability and defences. Having a thing like that sat in your basement is a sure fir e way to have every meddling cape in the country scrabbling after you. Better to keep it well out of harms way, where long range scanners can pick up anything moving out of atmosphere, judge if its a threat and, if so, neutralise with extreme prejudice.

If you think you're going to get me to monologue all the details about the point defences and blueprints, please, go bug Doc Aeon. Some of us mad scientists have standards.
