Leviathan mastery is there for concepts, and the fact I love Water spout, and Hibernate can be handy sometimes too.

I think Pendragon have a unique costume since is a new AV, Praetorian Hero 1.
Wow, was looking forward for that.
Shadowhunter has a new look too,and new powersets.
Black Swan looks all the same but even more simple as AV without wings... Maybe her new costume was not ready yet and they are using her old costume as placeholder?
I dont think Praetoria is going to be completely erased, just destroyed partially.
And I mean destroyed like Skyway is in the Sutter TF, just for that event. -

I wish they'd focus on fixing bugs and REAL content (for me REAL content is missions, zones, costumes and powersets).
This companion pets/travel powers/whatever with 4 legs rig has no end!

I think I will place set of 6 in Vengeful slice, then purple it to superior when I have enough catalyst.
All the powers got sets for S/L defense so Im only gaining a bit, but wil get better when I upgrade to purple. -

I dont think Staff is being kept because is not ready.
Just marketing issues for sure.
They think they have to wait a bit and hold powersets releases.
They release a powerset and a costume bundle almost every month. -

I think some reveals can be Super packs #2, New Tier 9 costume set (With Celestial beign replaced) and something about I23, I hope.
But since Summit is not going to be big in reveals, can any dev unveil whats to come with next issue already? Need I23 overview webpage now. -

For concepts I was thinking about crafting some kind of ability that slows down mobs, like it was ice. I know reactive and the new damage procs are better, I will work under concepts.
