Actually it's 4 people, though the 4th won't add nearly as much as the third.
Maybe other corruptors culd fill in the second half of the team? Cold, Dark or Rad would all work very nicely. Alternatively, there's a US superteam that's half kin Corruptors, half Brutes. That combo is very potent. -
We found a couple of GREAT spots in St Martial for ToTing last week, though that's pretty much all we did all night. ToTing with Trip Mines is quite fun though! If there's one thing the Trapper team can do brilliantly, it's doors.
I'm looking forward to Monday night, I've hit 35 (was only half a bar away) and respecced Mea out of the Fitness pool because I'm tired of not having Poison Trap - plus Aid Other & Aid Self will come in handy too I'm sure. I also made a new outfit with the Halloween salvage I got so I'm looking forward to showing that off too. -
Yeah, once you get into SOs the recharge is nice and short.
-
It's Trapper Monday, from 7pm tonight!
EDIT: Tonight's also the start of the Halloween holday event. Shall we do a little trick or treating too? -
No worries, we didn't stay on for much longer than that anyway. Hope to see you (on time!) next week.
-
Looking forward to teaming with you guys tonight! Hopefully I can finally get to level 35 (10 bars) but it might be a bit of a stretch. Can't wait for my own explosives!

Thanks very much, all of you, for the kind comments.

Hey there creative people,
Lately I've been making a new forum avatar for myself based on my main Echo Bravo (previously Echo Taker, thank you Name Change!).
Unfortunately it's going to need some cosmetic work before it becomes an adequate avatar (the detail is stupidly way too fine for 80x80 right now), but thought you nice folks might want to have a look anyway.
It can be found here.
(Echo normally looks something like this - beret optional!) -
Okay then, if you want to join the Trappers just look out for us around 7pm next Monday night. PM me (@Footloose or look for Mea Culpa) for an invite.
-
Great idea! Unfortunately I can't spare the time to join in...
-
Most of the Trappers are in the lvl 33-35 range, though Ms Taken's catching up after some absences and is 28 right now.
The Dom team is lvl 41-43.
We're open to newcomers sure, especially if they're in our level range. Tell us about your alts? -
Last night was a lot of fun!
A very profitable mayhem in Talos, plus an extremely challenging mission in Nerva (and it was hard enough to get to the mission door!).
I do enjoy it when we have to play smart and use tactics, because we seem to do it so smoothly.
It put me in the mood for a TF or something else challenging... perhaps when Ms Taken hits level 34 we can do the respec? -
Woah, wait... no Flamethrower??
I strongly urge you to reconsider. It's one of your best attacks and combos brilliantly with both Full Auto and Tar Patch. -
Shame you couldn't stick around Majik.
Last night was a bit fo fun. Kind of a quiet night, but we had an excellent mayhem mission in Talos.
I'm really sorry I left you guys a bit early, but I really needed a lie down.
15 bars to Trip Mines! -
My net connection's been a bit unreliable today, but hopefully I'll see you crazy trappers around 7-ish!

The damage buff provided by Soul Drain for Corruptors is more or less identical to the damage buff provided to other ATs. The to hit buff is smaller, but then unlike Brutes, Scrappers or Stalkers, most Corruptors get Aim/Amplify.
The duration is identical across the board and, like most damage/tohit buff click powers, intentionally short.
The recharge for Corruptors is twice that of everyone else, but [insert typical epic power pool excuse here]. Sure it's not as good as the Scrapper version, say, but it's better than nothing - since it's the only way to give Corrs a version of BU.
It should work especially well with Kinetics, where you'll spend a lot of time at close range. It's well worth getting in my eyes. -

I don't know. That Regen bonus would work pretty sweetly with Drain Psyche. You know, if you're into stacking Regen bonuses like a fiend and all.

Hehe, that's exactly my clever scheme... -
Oops
Went back to check my figures and you're right! Only the snipe does more damage than PSW. Sorry!
Damn hazy memory... -
Not exactly, a few /psi powers outdamage PSW in single-target stakes (Mind Probe, Subdue IIRC and of course the snipe!). However the massive AoE, no-targetting, fast recharge and the fact that even solo you're very rarely in a one-on-one situation for long, means PSW does incredible things for you.
It's like having a Kin Corr and getting to level 38 and Fulcrum Shift. It's exactly that kind of difference - and exactly that kind of slow-burner powerset.
Mine's still only 4 slotted. I'll need to fix that next level! -
I should finally be able to make it tonight!
See you crazy trappers about 7pm. -
The build above manages to get Smite down to a 0.9 second remaining recharge time after DP-Smite-DP, which is where the extra attacks fill in to make it seemless.
I probably is possible to improve it further though, but I'm not sure by how much off the top of my head.
