Thanks for all the advice. Im still a bit stuck really the extra imfamy from selling would be nice to get me started on getting more set IOs but I know getting the unique IOs are pretty rare. Decisions, decisions
If my calculations are rigth is is only the same as the difference betveen 1 or 2 SOs in health if but that can make a difference i am sure.
Edit: unless it stacks with it self that is.

Today I picked up the unique Regenerative Tissue IO +regen (Lvl 18). I looked on the black market and it goes for a nice 9mil infamy but I was wondering will it be useful for my Mind/Psy Dom (goal of permadom) or should I just sell it?
Any advice appreciated.
