However. maybe we could try and carm things a little and have a bring your own team night?

How about a 3 v 3 and have a little tourny ? is that a bit better for you we could do it once a week. on a nightly event.

Teams can change weekly and dont have to have the same players.

doing that to suit 1 person is a bad idea. if we have arranged teams coming then the new guys without a regular or experienced team are gonna get slaughtered and as a result will stop turning up and pvp interest will drop again. theres parts i dont like about being in random teams but it gives the new guys a chance and keeps their interest up

was gr8 fun. particularly liked the last match. an emp and dom together makes a very nasty combo

Most of my toons are squishies and I've never had massive issues with EM Stun's.

Even Solo in the Zones, use BF's, a team with support (shock horror) and in Sirens, you can pick up strength of wills.

BF's understandable, but the amount u have to burn to even think of having a go @ 'said' enemy means u aint got room for any others.

squishies aint supposed to be running around solo in the zones taking on tanks and brutes. find a team and enjoy the buffs. it wud be kinda stupid and it was stupid when a blaster cud stand toe to toe with a tank and usually win

we shud just do a night of 2v2s, wud b gr8 fun, there are so many really good combos to try out

im up for it, as long as its a few matches rather than just 1

i'd love to play villains more often and if i cud get to 50 i wud hope to switch from emp to thermal in regular pvp. only problem is trying to find a team on cov is like searching the sahara desert for water

You know, we could do it like people did in Magic the gathering here. There could be a 'beginners tournament', which would be the same as a normal tourney with one exception. It would have a list of people banned from it, on grounds of being too experienced in PVP. Im pretty sure it wouldn't require much from the pvp community to come up with this list after a bit of discussion. Can use global handles even.

Naturally there would be another tourney open for all, but the idea with beginners tournament would be to avoid starting PVPers going against the 'professionals' and getting crushed.

if you read carefully you will see that the only thing you have to fear is blaster. so to pvp in all map but warburg i would taht that SR is supperior to regen.
remember that + acc boost or + to hit buff lack a lot on vilain side so nothing to fear is SR is played on a scrapper.
avoiding attack means avoiding secondary effect, and mezz effect.

all of that is not true for a stalker that die easily in front of FA AIM+BU and all the buff/debuff a hero team will always carry.

exactly. a solo regen is very hard to kill, a solo SR is easy to kill. a SR with support becomes good. a regen with support becomes immortal
