So did I, but everyone pronounced it GAYman on Confidential, and since they were working with the guy I'm guessing they got it right. Plus I think he said he name too, but I can't remember.

So, you were fine with The Last Airbender, Dragonball Evolution and the upcoming Akira all featuring white leads?

Yeah, but it was designed by a kid. He's probably just laughing because his name sound like GAYman.

Yeah, I think the Doctor's been fibbing about his age.
Well, the 6th Doctor has said that he was 900 years old too... and that was probably a few hundred years ago.

I expect the Doctor is actually over 1000.

Unless he was joking. I mean, he's also said he could have two heads, or no heads, change species even. For such an unpredictable procedure Time Lords sure do seems to roll human (and the Doctor white (British) male) a statistically improbable amount of times.

Plus, I still don't believe him when he says he's 909.
  9. Guys, I know the TARDIS has has always been alive (it's been hinted at since even the Hartnell era) but there's a difference between being alive, or even conscious and being an individual.

Without House keeping them alive they um... stopped living.
They were basically puppets on a string that couldn't support themselves once their master had left.

Okay, I'm gonna have to watch Incredible Hulk again so I can remember exactly what was said about Banner's work (not that I need much of an excuse, I love that film).
  11. I haven't had a problem with the music myself.
  12. SPOILERS!!!!!

    What can I say?

I thought the episodes was well written and well made, a great episode by all accounts. However... I don't know... the TARDIS as a person just doesn't sit well with me.
I've never thought of it actually being an individual. More like a dog or something, loyal to it's master. Alive, but not capable of true "thought" or feelings. Not in the same way humans have them.

I dunno. Call me mixed on this.

Be aware, I am by no means saying this is a bad episode, it's a great episode, I just have a personal problem with it.

Uh, yeah. Most critics and movie goers have said the earth stuff was what was weak and that the Asgard stuff was really good.
  14. Ha, the Moff's hilarious, very self deprecating.

I understand his frustrations though, esapecially since I'm trying to remain spoiler free. I don't even like the "Next week" bits at the end of episodes.

Er, no it couldn't. The Devs have repeatedly stated that there are game engine and server limitations to making Fly go faster.

I don't know why, but this almost feels like something the Onion would write.

Yes, let the company with terrible security give you free security!
  17. I like the fact that that basically shows that Jet Boy doesn't know what he's talking about.

I saw it in 2D and didn't have a problem with the lighting at all. Maybe it was a 3D thing.

You'd think they'd take that into consideration and brighting those sort of scenes.
  19. I think the fact that they literally didn't have it back up within a day or two goes to show just how utterly borked their security is. The only way to stop their servers being hacked is to not turn them on.

    That's pretty sad.

Saw it, loved it. Great film, most impressed. Marvel Studios still has a perfect record in my eyes.

    Roll on Captain America!

The traditional way of sorting this out is to have a threat that is multi-powered too. That way yo can have the strong guys paired of with the strong enemies and the weaker guys with the weaker.

Really? Not Beast Below? Victory of the Daleks? The Lodger? (Although, I liked that one).

Anyway, I was looking through the episode names, and saw that the mid season cliffhanger is called "A Good Man Goes to War". River Song is in prison for killing "A good man".

    Dun dun dun!
