I'm a member of both channels: both are excellent channels, both have their niche and both are run by generally nice people.
Why not just promote the channels and leave the insults/jockeying out of it?
Why does one have to be BETTER? Can't they be different and have that still be okay?

I have no problem with BMT, infact was in BMT... until I was kicked for responding to someone asking about DIRECT TV. was told it was not allowed, when I questioned it....BOOT. No biggie. BMT mods have BMT what it is perceived as.... not me

Due to the recent extreme popularity of threads for other channels out there, I figured I too should re-clarify the rules of Champions United.
These rules are in place for a reason and should be respected as such.
Ive taken the time to break down the rules individually, catagorize, alphabetize, colorize, and any, and all other ize words you can think of.
An official draft of these rules will be drawn up in the near future to see if we can get them approved and signed off by Posi himself, this way we can all sleep better at night knowing we have corperate backing.
Now on to the rules section:
RULES

This is a bit early, but what the hell.... Congrats go out to Mr. and Mrs. Gfunny on the pending arrival...(anyday now) of their first child!!! Both are great people and deserve this blessing so much.
Now I just need to make my way to Philly so we can hit the town for a night G

I thought the first one was just a one-day event, and the second one got bumped to two days. Seems like I always read that people wished it were longer. Are you counting just being at the hotel the day before and the day after, when there are people still hanging around but nothing scheduled?

This came up at the Bay Area Meet and Greet. From what I gathered, while we loved the Herocon, it wasn't exactly a money-making venture on their part, and may even been very costly; that was a lot of hotel space. They asked us how much we would pay for a Herocon, and when they noticed that there were still a lot of hands in the air when they said "$100", I think they were surprised.
I think we may see another Herocon, but it'll be more expensive than the last. How much was that one? $40? $50? I don't remember. I'd bet the next one would be two or three times the cost of the last, and they will probably gauge interest before they go that way. -
