Maybe we should try this in Atlas Park Flashmob of Music

Meh, why dance when you can Sing along with a Classic!!

and it would've bin so epic if the mics just stopped working:P -
in holland, there is nothing jolly about this day, this day is a day to remember the soldiers and all other fallen in WW2.
SW day is a bit useless compare to something so important. -
the biggest question still remains, what is really game breaking?
farming a massive amount of tickets and salvage stuff, or PL till all the epics are unlocked?
IMO the first one is hurting a ton more then the second one, simply because the first one can ruin the market completely. -
a few day's with sorudo as human and you would do the most craziest things too, i like that other one more....

so...he had the gloves back then already?

i only play MMO's that have a trail so can't say much about games that don't, but eve is one game i will never touch.
to complicated and not clear on what the game actually is all about.
pvp is the last thing i would ever play, so that's not the part i like.
i dunno if WAR has a trail, but if it does then i might try it just to see if it's worth it.
guild wars is good, barely any level grind and when you hit the level cap, the game is far from over.
i'm playing for about 3.7 years, and even while there are some things i don't like about it, that's more because of the lifespan.
i play long, so i have done about everything there is to do, and since i don't like grind titles is not what can keep me buzzy.
but do know that GW is very newbe fiendly, you get good explanations and it easy to pick up.
best thing ofcouse is the thing that makes it popular, no monthly fee.
dome WoW on both legal and illigal ways, and it still bores me to death.
the game is unfinished and there are a lot of things they could have done a great amount better.
let's just say the game is to much made for grind and to less made for how the player plays, you ether have uber gear or you're dead.
lord of the rings online is something a bit more traditional, you attack the enemy and the faster you attack, the easier you survive.
can't say much about it because like WoW, the grind is high.
but to lighten this, it's more fun to play and level there because there are many things to look forward to.
the environment is just wonderful there, if there is one thing that just deserves a reward, it's the world art.
and if you have ever seen the 3 movies, you can reconise some parts in the game.
just a review from a grind hater. -
1.)little noobies is a bit offending, it's newbie.
2.)only because players farm doesn't mean others that don't have to take the beating. -

Sorudo, have you actually ever teamed with an RPer?
And how is banding RP with people who like stories the same thing?
[/ QUOTE ]
ok, you lost me here.
RP elitism and casual, what do you not understand?
and yes, i have teamed plenty with RP players, i even did RP with one of my characters.
not that it's any fun for ME, but i let them be. -

i want to play a widow, i should be able from the start.
[/ QUOTE ]
But that's the whole point of an Epic Archetype. It's supposed to be unlocked. As a treat so to say.
I want, doesn't get.
[/ QUOTE ]
if you didn't cut the post, you did not post this.
i said it should be from the beginning later on, before that i said players should not be limited on enjoyment, which is exactly this. -
for me a gamer should not be limited on it's enjoyment, whenever it is RP or PL, it's there choice.
i PL this time for just one simple reason, so all i like is unlocked, nothing more.
i would even delete the lvl 50 if needed to make that point, but i like that what is out of reach.
you might see it as greed, i see it as a reward for what i did and payed for.
i want to play a widow, i should be able from the start.
but because they are not gonna change that, i have no alternative then to PL.
devs limit me, i use there own leak to get what i want, simple as that.
i dearly respect everyone who has there lvl 50 out of hard work and passion, i comment them.
let it just known, everyone likes to play there own thing and everyone is different.
and as players, it's our task to respect each others choice. -

i see it this way, every game that is level based always have ppl who like RP and elitism.
the RP part is slow and steady, while the elitism is gathering info as quickly as possible and act better then the rest.
there is, at high level caps, one kind of player that is a bit left out here, the casual player.
they don't care about ether of them, but don't want to grind hours and hours just for a small upgrade on there character.
and with a massive grind fest, there are PL players.
it might sound cruel to devs, but grind that takes just this long without anything new trough out the game is simply a bad game design.
personally i don't care about the story's that TF or mission arc's give, just get me a level higher and i'm happy.
enjoying the game is one thing, grinding for around a year is another.
[/ QUOTE ]
What is this RP? I hope you don't mean Role Playing, seeing as this is a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. And pardon me if there is another Acronym floating around here that I haven't seen yet. Whatever it is, it sounds pretty bad being put up there with Elitism. Which is not included in any official game genre initialism for sure.
[/ QUOTE ]
just what i would've expected from elitism, act like they know everything and shout when they can't be right.
thanks for clarifying how they act -

PL it self isn't really the game braking point, the only problem here is the fact that rewards can be farmed, which is something to go and "fix" it.
-
if it's so easy to get lvl 50, i might try it on a villain, maybe i can finally play COX the way i like it.

CO has everything COX has good, and everything COX is unable to have
[/ QUOTE ]
You what? Either you're playing a very different Closed Beta from the one I've heard of or you're completely delusional.
Sure, it looks interesting, but it is in no way, shape or form the same as COH.
[/ QUOTE ]
mmm, did you even read what i have written?
i said all the GOOD things of COX, not just like COX.
get your eyes checked.-_- -
that happens when a dev spawns to many big enemy's on one place, especially when there are around 60 players in one place the same time.
kinda again the scenario "i told yah so", first prepair before you do, and they didn't do step one. -
when i saw the title of this thread, i was thinking about just one thing.

Take Hover, they recently sped it up, go over the mines.

They sped up Hover?
HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN GONE!?
[/ QUOTE ]
Long enough to have missed the Hover buff.

[censored].
[/ QUOTE ]
Don't be angry you missed it - it wasn't a major buff.

That should have been a word that reads as a shortened version of "Intellectual bum"

Clever hobo?
[/ QUOTE ]
Bum, as in the English meaning of the word. What you sit on. Not a chair.

a.k.a butt -
CO has everything COX has good, and everything COX is unable to have.
so what is it that COX has good and CO hasn't?
the marketing has nothing to do with it, i don't look at trivial things like that.
if i like a game, i decide that on my own, marketing is only showing the awesome parts, something i'm barely interested in.
[ QUOTE ]
you guys w2anted to make your own missions an now you can
[/ QUOTE ]
nope, no i can't.
i can't create my maps, i can't create my boundary's in the mission and i can't make the mission spawn and run the enemy's i want them.
this is not a mission creator, it's a mission generator, nothing more. -
a small preview of the new faces would service, just a ss.
-
and another proves my point, it's getting better and better.

the more leaving this game, the more they prove my point.
[/ QUOTE ]
Which is?
[/ QUOTE ]
you know, CO is comming, COX is outdated, not much really fun to do, a lot of grind to make things boring solo-wise, that kind of things....not much. -
i'm here, stay for a while and move over to CO when it's released.
-
the more leaving this game, the more they prove my point.
