BAS you have those screens at 800 x 600, shouldn't they be 1024 x 768? If you're using anything with layers, place the Scarfy piece over the borders, lower the opacity if you can so you can see the borders below. Then select the part you want to show of the drawing, that's the long way. It would be easier to select the areas around and in between the figure and just erase them, so that the borders show through... Afterwards return the opacity back to normal, and you should have what you need.
I'll work on one with the files you have, but larger sizes would be better.

Edit: Here ya go, hope that's what you want, I made it larger for the program... BAS Screen

Dang Scarf, you're busy, hehe -
Okay, so I was trying to set up something for my log in screen. The picture I am using is the BAS one that Scarfy drew and Speedy colored... What I am having problem with is that I want to have his right gauntlet going below the white bottom border, but whenever I select it, cut it, and then try and place it over the white border, it never goes back into place exactly, showing a bit of the white background on which the picture is over. I was hoping someone could help me place it just so, so that it can fit in perfectly...
This is what I have it at right now.
With this magnified view, you can see some of the areas that are showing the background, and the bottom edge of the gauntlet that is really just icky...
This is the image that I want to be my background, and this is the file for the two bars across the top and bottom.
So if anyone could help that would be great, and if you have any questions, please ask.. I know I don't explain myself very well sometimes. -

Oh yeah, that second one is much improved. Looks like an actual outfit now, instead of looking like someone hit "Random" in the tailor window. Good fix!

Amazing what matching boots can do -
Hey guys, thanks so much for all the feedback
I'm definitely gonna' change the boots now.. I wasn't really sure if I wanted it matching or not.. Took away the cape and I think I look a lot more streamlined
Scarf - the colors I use on BAS vary... The main one that I like the best uses Red, Green, and Brown.. I tried them when I went to do a revised version, though I look like a muddy X-Mas advertisement crazy: I'm not that popular for people to recognize me anyhow
I don't fly, although I really do like the Rocket Boots... maybe I should get the piston boots when I have the money to spare... and I just looked at the vanguard costume pieces.. they look ridiculously fricken' awesome I'll definitely have to add that on... Maybe I'll even try the head part, that covers the eyes *Shrug*
Thank you guys so much for the quick responses They've been really helpful Here is my revised version as of now... Clicky -
I was messing around with the costume creator, and came up with this... Anyone think this looks good? BAS - Galago!!!
I kinda' wanted a space-age/armored suit... But I don't know if it really goes with the character.. (Okay, it doesn't go at all >_> but I can't think of another street costume...
Any comments and critiques are appreciated.. Thanks -

To answer Aaron's and Lethe's question: Aaron) I wasn't sure who was open to taking requests right now, so I decided to just leave it at commissions.. I'll add you though Lethe) I can hardly be considered an artist , but the praise is so highly appreciated -

Very cool, I like it!!

Thank you -
So, I see a lot of cool costumes. A lot And, when I see these costumes, I think, Wow, that looks so cool! I want to make that costume. Often, I take a screenshot, and store it to duplicate. I've never used one of the costumes on an active character, but I feel really, really bad when I am in the costume creator doing it. I really want to play with a cool costume, and I can't make any good costumes myself.. So a question: Is cloning very bad? I have a feeling it is, but how do I stop?

This is a little different (Ok, a lot) than your costume, but I tried to keep the teen superhero in mind. I thought he may not want total spandex as a kid, and he is also going to be in some rugged areas since he is a teenager and we do that kinda' stuff, plus I like the look, so I gave him cargo pants. I gave him the muscles on top, because in CoH, it is either you are really muscley, or not at all, so I went for the muscley because the smooth gives a really weird texture, imo.
So w/o further ado, here he is Firestreak -
I have some ideas... Lemme' play w/ the costume creator for a bit.. I'll be back to ya

Holy snap, these are all awesome
These three are probably my favorite:
Mind 'n Matter - Supes
Back Alley Scrapper - 'Don' mess wit' the inner city'
Yesmina Glint - Girl's Night Out
I like all my costumes to some degree, though. I've found that if I don't like a costume, I don't like the character when I play them -
This is almost like the naked Sgt. Hero statue in Steel we saw not too long ago :3

Ooo, awesome-tastic!!! I love the Gabriel one
EDIT: (( Just because someone had to start... )) Do you take requests? If so, I'd love to see your hand at one of my characters
Can't wait to see more -
Very sweet I love the fat stripe option for the bottom

You can try any of my characters, T.
Here is the link to some of their costumes, as well as a detailed bio.
They are all heroes
