i would like to try to start and start a PVP Event on Defaint in warburg for the 750 PVP kills. i know im more likely get the people who don't really want to particiate, just being annoying. but if i can get alot of people intrested we might compelte our goals, even with pains.

Slot it like any other scrapper set really... 2 acc, 3 damage and an end reduction/recharge.

Probably better off with recharges what with being a /regen.

Priorities for levelling up (or at least what I did):
Eviscerate
Focus
Slash
Shockwave
Strike
Follow Up (you can get away with 2 acc and a recharge for a while, I found)

So basically slot slash first, then probably strike before you get focus then slot that, then I'd refer to the above list for priorities of other powers (if you take spin I'd put that between focus + slash)

Well I can say when I had access to Israfel, I took on several Fire Aura/? Tankers and beat everyone of them 1v1 in the arena.. so I know Fire Aura is out of that equation.

Ice.. mmm gave me problems... but I've beaten a couple I faced.

Stone.. meh... Rooted is a pain, and they're DMG RES/DEF is way too superior -- it would take ALOT.

Invul.. I've never actually faced one, head on.. but I know it's Toxic DMG res is decent.. but can be stacked on top to make it hard for them, then just keep on going at it -- between the Regen of the Spines/Regen and the DMG RES of an Invuln.. it'll take some doing I think.. but can be done.. if you don't get bored before then..

But, my money would be on the Tank outlasting the Spines/Regen..

My view based on? Simple. Having a level 50 Spines/Regen ... seeing decent Invul Tankers in action vs mobs.. having one myself on Defiant .. and taking into account the PowerSets.. with AND without maths.

Actually a lot of debuffs do. Sonic Blasts, for example, do. So do Dark Blasts. But their durations are so low its hard to ramp it up meaningfully for long.

This is true. The attack debuffs usually are in the 5-10 second range so its not usually possible to stack a lot of them from the same power though.

I could have sworn that you generally can't stack debuffs with same powers from same caster, so no stacking res debuff with 'shriek' (nor ToF) by one person. Though stacking res debuff with shriek+scream+shout for example would work.
Except for placables like tar patch, freezing rain and such it would be possible with same power by one caster. (SB plix!).

Stalkers are like ninjas. They disapper only to return with a killing bow. I don't mind if my attack doesn't do much damage, unless a Dom will freeze, immob etc where they are most vunrable. Then I can use some easy moves on em. When they come out, I will finish them off with the last killing blows.

Got my regen scrapper to 38 and I'm in a pickle as to what power to take, I'll probably check it on test but thought some experienced comments may guide me.

Up for grabs are Moment of Glory, looks and sounds as if i might like it but surely defeats the point of regeneration as it's kinda like unstoppable, right?

Totally agree, Hide and AS are not your only ways of playing. Stand there and fight. If there is a PvE team wipe, my Stalker is more often than not going to be the last one to faceplant or be the only one left standing at the finish up.

Yeah thats part of the problem, as I said ealier, I could go for Hasten SS which Ideally will benefit me more. (and free up quite a few slots, since ill be ablt to remove some from TP foe, quickness and swift and place them elsewhere)

However, it leaves me with no verticle movement, which isnt much of a problem to me anyway but it would be nice. Really what is contricting me here is the 4 pools limmit. Fitness and concealment are a must obviously, and medicine is a very nice touch which I prefer.

I have an SR stalker and from what i can say, if you achieve fast recharge at elude, you wont need aid self, at least for warburg where i pvp. I will also drop aid self for super jump in my next respec.

5 stalkers teamed in WB -> ruin competition. Thats what i face everyday at pvp.
