Thank you Standoff, been trying to sqeeze recharge into my build, managed to get Indom Will down to 98sec rech, so only 8sec down time and perma hasten.

Don't see me getting better than that tho xD

Ok so just to clarify something on this, If say for example Apocalypse gives set bonuses of

Regen 16%
Max Health 3%
Damage 4%
Recharge 10%
Psi Def 5%

Would that mean if that was my 5th Purple set with the same bonuses, and I added Coercive persuasion which has bonuses of,

Recovery 4%
Confuse 4%
Damage 4%
Recharge 10%
Ranged Def 5%

Does this mean I would not get the Damage and Recharge bonus?? Or as the whole Set has differing bonuses would I get it then ?

That looked amazing globey, infact I coudn't work out how you managed to get such a good global recharge and defense with the sets you picked....

That is until I noticed the totals I was looking at also included the fact you had turned on almost every accolade xD

Think ima stick with the original build, have managed to get 4 out of the 5 purple sets I need and 2 out of the 4 LotG+rech, and the 2 procs for health, so shouldn't be too much to go now.

Not going pure pvp, wanted a toon I could enjoy for TF's Trials, badges etc etc , basically all the stuff I never do lol.

Does anyone know if i13 will release new purple sets?
If yes, for what type of powers ?

do you mean vengance?
I'm not keen on it, to get it you have to sacrafice 2 other powers and someone has to die so you can use it... As an emp if someone dies you have already failed.

Globey, I haven't looked at that build yet, I have a close on perfect build set in mids now, powerboost would have a 30sec recharge and a 15sec duration... Not bad huh.

Still worry'd bout Mez tho, bf's might be the way to go.

Best Epic for Mind Control / Emp / ?

So far I am leaning towards Psi for the Mez protect, and synergy with Mind control for the -rech and thematically too.

However I am tempted by PowerBoost, how does that effect emp powers? and in what quantity? Also Conserve power would be nice as I am looking at the scary end use of telekinesis. :s

Advice please?
Can these pro's out weigh the con of no Mez protection.

I have a nice SG that my PvP toons are on, and currently Kawaiii is part of that SG.

[i]I would however like to find an SG to join with the Alt I am currently working on.

I have roughly 1 billion to spend on IOing her when she hits 50 (41 atm) with my perfect build already set in mids.

I expect that once I have her IO'd and 50 I will be looking to do all the accolades, badges and TF's.(unlike me)

Looking to farm in RV for recipes...

She will be a big SG player and always in SG mode.

I would be looking to become a permanent member and be promoted as a very regular player, 3+ hours every night.

I would like a large and Prestigious Sg that could teach me more about SG's and make me feel like i am part of a group that doesnt see me as a money maker.

Yea this toon is my farmer and would never be in Sg mode.

* The member in question has other characters in my SG that like play often?
I have chronic altism, I have created a good 15 - 20 Alts and all are in SG mode til 30, usually takes me 2 night to PL to 30

* The member in question likes to team with other SG members and participate in SG events?
I would love to if there were any, I use the SG for teleporters mainly


I am a kind, generous, and considerate SG member... I am not annoyed at not being in the SG, I am more annoyed at the way I was treated

As for EULA rules I stick to them as best I can, although I may have a temper at times... What girl doesn't :P

My farming toon Kawaiii, has been part of the "&lt;removed by mod: name and shame is not allowed&gt;" Sg for most of her career...

To start with I farmed to level an Alt, always in SG mode and more recenlty so i can afford some IO's.

I received a /tell mid farm from the SG leader saying, "please turn on SG mode"
Which of course dramatically cuts the influence I was working so hard to get.

Now I had more or less been the only active member for ages, and I am ingame ALOT... So I felt it particularly unfair to ask me to sacrafice my Inf for Prestige from an SG I never heard from anyway.

Upon my refusal I got a /tell saying,
"ok then, Bye"

and I was Swiftly booted from the SG.

Is this bad form?

I earned Prestige in the past, and I feel really annoyed now that I was booted &gt; Grr
