Thanks Fix_R. I will shoot you an email next time I log in. I might even have something that can fit a cat theme. Also to reply to Errant, I guess I wasn't as clear as I could've been in my first post. I'm not looking to totally give up my VG. I was looking for a group that I could just maybe move a few alts into. Kinda trying to find just a bunch of active people to hang with and maybe play the game a bit.
I do really miss chatting on vent with people while I game tho. I guess it doesn't help that I am on in the AM then off by 3 or 4. sometimes I will log back in late night but thats it really. Anyways, thanks for the replys and all. I guess I will see you all out there.

So I used to have an awesome VG here on Infinity called the brotherhood of doom. I seem to be the only one left now. I thought that freedom would bring some people back but no luck so far. So I am now looking for a good SG/VG to join. I don't play near as much as I used to but it would be nice to have some company when I do. I'm looking for a group that is not wicked serious, likes to have fun, is just a bit mature, and doesn't need me to be active everyday. Vent would be awesome as well. I am very easy going and easy to get along with. I have been on the game for about 4 years now and I kinda know what I'm doing. Not looking for a PL group or anything like that. Just looking for a good group of people to hang out/chat with while gaming. Anybody out there like that? Shoot me a PM or reply here. I will check back later. Thanks in advance

I think I'm gonna go with the FM/WP build after looking at it more. It seems to have good regen and 1 purple away from soft capped S/L/E with a good amount of hit points. I belive FM/ has a good ST attack chain as well. Gonna need to do some research on that to find out what it is tho. Anyways, I am just bumping this again to see if anyone can see any huge holes and stuff that could be improved. I am thinking about replacing super jump with the self rez but thats about it. Let me know what you guys/girls think

So I played around in mids for a bit and came up with a couple possible builds. One is a SS/INV and the other is a FM/WP that I forgot I had on another server. I'm not dead set on either build, just looking for feedback. One note: The Aid Other in the SS/INV will be Aid Self once i21 hits. Well, here they are, and thanks for all the replys so far

I should have said this stuff before but he goes. I thought about a scapper but the 3 thst I have played, spines/regen, kat/sr, and dm/fire just didn't impress me. I also don't really care about low level stuff because I have 2 accts and it will be a short ride to 50. I like the idea of going inv or wp cause of the hit point bonus. I would love to pair SS with either of those but I'm not sure if I will miss the self heal. I'm gonna play around in mids a bit when I get home. I will come back with a few builds. So I want to make a new brute. Due to my limited play time, I want something that can solo end game stuff very well. I want st DPS to be pretty high. I also need good survivibilty. I would like some sort of self heal, be it from the primary or secondary. So far the sets I am looking at are SS/ELA, Claws/ELA, DM/WP, or DM/INV. I want to be able to solo things like the ITF and AVs. Due to my odd play times, I will be solo 95% of the time. I am not looking for a build at this time. Just looking for a combo that will help me do the things I want. After that I can work on and post a build. I am looking for soft capped S/L/E with one purple. Also need good ST DPS. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be GREAT.

Well, 2-boxing worked. I thought it might but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Anyways thank you all for the quick replys. Nice to know I wasn't the only one this was happening to

I was running radio missions in PI for about 6 weeks at +1x6 with bosses on. I also tried street sweeping every now and then as well. I only had one open mish from redside at the time and I deleted all the tips missions I got redside before trying blueside. It was as if I could get a tip anywhere in the game except for blueside. At this point I am going to try and 2-box a morality mission to see if I can get to full hero status. Hopfully that works because I'm pretty much all out of other options

So I have what seems(at least to me anyways) like an odd problem. I have been trying to take my brute over to hero side. I got him to Rouge with no problems, then I went into PI and started running radio missions. I have been running at +1x6. The problem I have is that after about 1.5 months I have not gotten a single tip to drop. I can join a team and make progress to full hero but no drops to my toon.
I then tried going back to Grandville and after one paper mish I had 2 tips. Now I didn't have the option to go hero in g-ville so I went back to PI and my tips disapeared until I went back to the Rouge Islands. The same thing happens when I get tips in Cimeroa(sp?) and try to bring them to Paragon City.
So in short, I am a rouge right now and can earn tips in the Rouge Islands and Cimeroa(sp?) but I can't access those tips in Paragon City. Also, even if I clear all my tips then go to hero side I still can not earn new tips there. Now I have gotten to my 10 tips to move to full hero but I can't seem get a morality mish to make it final. Anyone ever come across this before? Any ideas on how to fix it? I have two accts so I thought about 2-boxing a morality mish from another toon but not sure if that will work. Really stuck right now, and when I try to contact a GM for help I get told that random drops are random. If anyone can help out with this, or you need more info about it please let me know. I run a sonic/cold/mace as my main. He is soft capped to S/L with a boat load of recharge. I can say that of all my toons he is the one I enjoy the most. The combo give massive amounts of -res and great team buffs. I know Fire/ has more damage but the debuffing from this combo is insane. You can be the only support toon on a team or go solo As/GMs/Pylons, it doesn't matter. I am on my phone right now but tomorrow I will post my build. I say Sonic all the way. You won't really notice the lack of AoE that much. Just a great all-around toon.

I just can't see you getting that much damage out of X-Ray beam, even if you fire it back to back. I'm guessing maybe it has the DPA for it, but still, I can't see it beating Bonesmasher or even Cosmic Burst. (In fact, I know it won't beat Cosmic Burst)
This is what I was worried about. I knew going in that I wouldn't be a huge dps toon but just wanted to check. Guess I will hold off on the respec for awhile then. Thanks for all the replys -
The other attacks are in there for the set bonus. I only plan to use X-Ray and AIM from the primary. I went with recharge because I thought having X-Ray up as much as possible would be better. I do like the idea of adding AS from the flight pool. I'm at work right now but when I get home tonight I will see about making some of those changes. I might try to build for damage with a small amount of recharge too.

So I came up with a concept build I'd like to try, but before I respec him and pay for a server transfer I wanted to ask some advise. The deal is he can only use X-Ray Beam, Boxing, and Kick as attacks. Also he can use BU, Aim, Boost Range, PB, and hasten as self buffs. I tried to get as much recharge as I could without using purples(except the procs and 2 Apocs that I already have). I have enough Inf to afford them, but I didn't want to use them on a concept. I know this is the best use of powers or slotting for DPS or whatever else. I guess I'm asking if anyone can see a way to get more damage out of the 3 attacks. Or if this build will be of any use at all to a team. I am open to taking leadership if need be. I'm pretty sure I could fit that into the theme. Ayways here is the build.

Ever since I got married I've found I don't spend much time online anymore. I am mostly on in the AM(east coast) during the week. Been having trouble finding any SF/TFs at this time. So I'm seeing if there would be any interest in running things like the ITF, RSF, STF, LGTF, or pretty much any thing else. I can take care of all the sign-ups and everything else, but I was just wondering if enough people are on this early. I know its an odd time for most.
By "AM" I mean anywhere from 7-9am est to about noon to 2pm est. Any other early risers out there? let me know -

Is it still possible to get PvPIOs in the arena? I was in there the other day with my SG just messing around, but we were there for about 2 hours. I think we had about 350-400 total kills between 6 of us and none dropped. Does the RNG hate us or is the drop rate that high? We really weren't farming but still, I thought at least one of us would get something. Any thoughts on this?
BTW we were doing timed FFA matches different levels ranges at 20 min each, if that makes a difference -
Are the servers still down? Or is it something on my end? Seems kinda late to still be down

I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I have played redside for a long time now but never really got into heros. I am working on making my level 30 thugs/dark into a full hero but I don't know the level ranges of the zones blueside. Is there some where I can find this info? I'm sorry if it has been brought up before but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks in advance

So I've got a new thugs/therm to lvl 29. As of right now I can only keep forge up on two of my thugs. I'm pretty sure the best 2 right now are the 2 enforcers. (I have 2 other lvl 50 thugs/ so I know a little about the set). Just wonder who I should hit up 3rd when I can. Should I go with the Bruiser or the Arsonist? I plan to keep it on all 4 once I can, but that is a little ways off. Any advise on this? Thanks in advance.

Thats a tough one. Back in i12 I was all excited that I got my last piece of Apoc. The triple I think. Then on my way to craft it I stopped by the Quartermaster to get rid of junk and sold it to him. I was very sad the rest of the day.
