they should drop, but you only get one roll per target every 5 minutes so assuming most efficient kill fest possible you are killing 5 toons every 5 minutes for 2 hours that is 60 chances per player and 6 players total so 360 total chances
you may see a drop, but perfectly normal to not see a drop for that low of a number.
also note that is at max efficiency so the raw number of defeats is prolly 1/2 of that

Is it still possible to get PvPIOs in the arena? I was in there the other day with my SG just messing around, but we were there for about 2 hours. I think we had about 350-400 total kills between 6 of us and none dropped. Does the RNG hate us or is the drop rate that high? We really weren't farming but still, I thought at least one of us would get something. Any thoughts on this?
BTW we were doing timed FFA matches different levels ranges at 20 min each, if that makes a difference
