So where can I find a Dominator like toon in other MMO's?

That's part of the problem, the AT's are so unique I don't think you'll be able to easily emulate the Dominator or very few others for that matter, at least from my experience.
I've been looking hard lately at other MMO's and there isn't anything in the sea of regurgitated MMO drivel that can compare with our beloved DOMs.
There isn't much like a Dominator in any other MMO I can find. Most games follow the boring old heiarchy of "Tank", "Damage Dealer", and "Healer."
AT's like Masterminds, Dominators, and Brutes are very unique to the COX universe. There's nothing else like them out there I'm afraid.
I'd be glad to be proven wrong on this, really I would.
My level 50 Dominators:
Madame Mindbender 50 Mind/Energy
Fly Agaric 50 Plant/Thorn
Nate Nitro 50 Fire/Psi
The toughest part is finding MMOs where mezzes actually do something. From there, just pick a mez/pet/dps hybrid type. For your consideration:
Anarchy Online's Bureaucrat profession
Dofus's Sadida class
Dofus's Xelor class
Shin Megami Tensei IMAGINE's Magic Bullet/Curse of the Wretched build
Shin Megami Tensei IMAGINE's Demolition Dash/Retaliation/Curse of the Wretched build
Rift has mages with dominator-like powers. They even have a subclass called Dominator (powers seem like mind control). There are fire, dark, elec, earth, etc.
I've dabbled with them the last few days, so I can't say it's the same or not.
Overall, the game there isn't anything like here. Despite it being newer, CoH is faster, better gfx and art, more customizable, and superior combat.
Please buff Ice Control.
I've been playing around with DCUO and the Mental and Gadget trees feel very "dominating". The combat mechanics feel more like a console game though. Plus control in the game overall has very short duration mezzes.
But you can easily create a hybrid blast/control toon there. Again, like DC said nothing near as good as what we have here.

I think RiverOcean's suggestion is a good one. DCUO allows you to do things like freeze someone in a block of ice, pick them up, and slam them in the ground. It's more brawler than MMO, which is a deal breaker for a lot of people, but it's the best example I can think of.
One of the things that drew me back into this game was the similaritys to my favorite mmo ever, Asheron's Call 2. check out this "archetype" from said game, http://asheron.wikia.com/wiki/AC2:Hivekeeper...
Also look at the tactician class mentioned in that wiki. Sadly this was an mmo that never got its feet on the ground due to being saddled with MS as the publisher of the game.
Simply put, Dominators are my favorite AT, since we're closing here, where can I find the closest match elsewhere that gives the same feel?
