I could say I'm no Chriss2D... Chriss2D has said he's no Adam Hughes.
Every artist can say that about someone who's work they admire the hell out.
Don't let the "I'll never be as good as ..." line hold you back, we all get humbled looking
at people working on a more advanced level.
If there is someone who is at a level you aspire to then go learn from them, BW
has many hours of live-stream available (or at least he used to), and never stop improving.

What's she sitting on? Some building sculpture or just rocks? Could be a stone tank?

It's supposed to be one of those large stone heroic statues that you find in places like Atlas Park. I didn't do a real accurate rendering of one since the background became more decorative stylistically.

Yeah, occasionally.
I only played female characters in coh. So when I started doing fanart, it was all female characters. That led to doing other people's female characters. In general, commissioners look at someone's gallery and decide they would like for something similar to what they see there. It would be unusual for someone to look at my DA and then request that I draw, say a WoW style orc in armor--even though I drew stuff like that for years when I was a kid.

Seen a few of these kinds of images lately and I understand why people are getting them but they still make me sad.
