Celestial and Ascension Coloring -annoyed

I really truely love the apperances of these two sets, but getting them to match anything else is just horrific. I am a fan of black and/or maroon armor but these sets literally make these impossible.

Am I alone on this? Anyone have any tips on how to get around this? Any word on fixing these sets to have alternate color options?

Patience, grasshopper. We know as much as you do. Dink fixed the ugly and we haven't heard anything on when it will be implemented.

Nice. I have the ascension, and it is....interesting to work with.

I sort of have a peeve about all the coloring in the game. For instance, I have a sweet little costume I just built out of standard pieces, and no back detail worked with it. (wanted something for flight) Wings were right out, mechanical wings were also out, the rocket backpack from Mecha was almost right, but too big. The simple rocket from the new space stuff! Yes. I worked with the color on it for half hour, still not happy.

For the love of all that is artistic, can they not just add a skin option to these things that have a standard color palette and not whatever underlying texture or tone makes it not match anything else in the game? Is that really too much to ask? Seriously, 1 drop down on the thing, no texture. Argh.

It would also be nice if the Pocket D "strappy heels" had not only their current metallic incarnation, but a non-shiny variant as well. Matching colors with those things is a nightmare!

p.s. and thanks for fixing the Strappy Heels feet so that they no longer look as if a chimp is wearing them.... those things needed a serious fix! Yay!

What I wish is that the Pocket D metallic stuff matched the existing Metallic texture that we've had since the advent of Ultra Mode.
