Store Gifts

In hindsight, this seems to be the root of the problems with the Paragon Market. Since it's 3rd-party, it doesn't fully integrate with the game. Problems with promo codes, not tracking items purchased on an account, etc.
Once again the devs didn't create the store. They bought a license to use it from a third party vendor. The devs can't just go in and start adding/changing the programs code.

I got the impression at the last Pummit that the Devs are as unhappy with how this partnership has worked out as the players are. But how to fix it is another question, which I don't have any answers for... short of scrapping the PM and starting from scratch. That of course creates its own laundry list of problems.
<preparing for the howls of outrage this option would cause>

Well they wouldn't have to remove the current PM immediately. They could hire someone that knows how to design a market feature to develop the replacement in house (making sure everything is documented so they can avoid the base code fiasco), then when it's ready replace what we have with the new store.
Downside . . . getting the cost to develop it approved.
When in the store just add a feature where you can input the persons global and have it automatically sent there after purchase
