It's plaques. With a Q.
But I agree with your suggestion, the Hero ATs need to be added there.
Wavicle, Energy/Energy Blaster, dinged 50 in Issue 4, summer of 2005.

And on topic, I was noticing that too. Have the plaques been updated -at all- since they were introduced?
They're irrelevant by now anyway, completing any Patron arc unlocks all 4 pools, you don't need to see the powers before choosing your Patron.

Hey.
I've noticed that the Patron plagues only shows the patron powers for "the villain ATs". Could be awesome if "the Hero ATs" would be shown aswell.
