Planning for release of Bio, coupled with Titan
I recommend you hold on the build planning. The numbers in Mids are not final and you may want to do things a bit different once the set is ready for production. Also mids seems to have issues with some powers that only work inside specific adaptations.
I know it's not finished yet but I believe we can do some basic planning for it in it's current state. Unless they do a major revamp and basically completely redesign it I would say it's pretty safe assuming it's just the final numbers left to do, so which power gets which set shouldn't change that much.
However, having a basic build now gets you a good stepping stone once it does go live.
I know I may want to refine/change the build later, because I have done so while I've leveled characters.

One thing I noticed already is the verion im Mids was missing a power (a third adaptation power) and counts the -resistance along with the resistance that is granted by Evolving Armor.
Your slots in Phys Perf are better used in Inexhaustible...the base modifier is higher...in Phys Perf anything above the slot it comes with...loaded with a perf shifter proc...is really a waste of slots...
AoD...well...I like using erads...the bonuses are great...but AoD is your slay them all attack...you want to be at or near ED Cap for Damage/accuracy/recharge...and you really want more end redux in it than that...I would take those 2 offending slots from Phys Perf...and stick a couple of triples in this power from like....sciroccos or Multistrike...or something...Personally I like to put an armageddon in the power...but that's up to you.
WS needs more Acc/DMG/End
RA...this attack is your BIG ST hitter...it REALLY needs more ACC...and a touch more damage and end redux...you should be up around 60-70% accuracy enhancement minimum on this power...you REALLY don't want it to miss....
FT also needs alot more Acc and alot more Dmg/Rech...this one is a big part of your ST attack chain and is the 2nd highest DPA in the set...you want this up as often as possible.
Get a Steadfast Protection +3% Defense unique and a Glad Armor +3% Defense unique...you can save yourself a lot of grief on gimping your slotting some to try to get the defense values you are looking for...that would allow you to do a few things a little differently and get more potency and value in your attacks...
TW really suffers when you whiff...for 2 reasons...1) you lose momentum and this is bad juju!...2) each attack costs a lot of end...you really don't want to use an attack and miss very often, cause sucking wind is bad...
Currently Playing:
Rage King - SS/Regen Brute (50+3)
Soulfire Darkness - Dark/Fire Tank (50+2)
Deaths Final Embrace - Kat/Dark Brute (50+3)

Sure. I just mentione it in case you are building with things like soft capping a specific stat in mind.

I am impressed Mids has been updated to this point though. Especially with all the changes that have been made to Bio. Kudos on trying to be ready for when it goes live.

Hmm, from a first glance at the Bio set in Mid's it looks like a real beast... no pun intended.
I hadn't looked at the set previously, from a glance at the numbers it looks like a combination of Ice, Inv and WP, and it looks to likely blow all of them out of the water. Is it really as good as my first glance seems to indicate? If so it may be looking at a swing of the nerf bat.
Unless there's something I missed that pretty drastically changes the set it looks like I'll be buying it when it goes live. I haven't thought of a pairing though; I may just finally roll up a /SS character.

He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.

It lacks DDR as well, so if you're in a high Def Debuff situation, a lot of your mitigation goes out the window. But you do have two strong Heal-type powers.
I think where its real strength is going to be is in its ability to adapt. Defensive isn't quite Granite, Efficient Adaptation isn't quite WP, and Offensive Adaptation isn't quite FA. But it comes somewhat close to those and you can switch between them as you need to.
It's incredibly fun.

Looks can be deceiving. I will say, it can achieve some great survival levels, but it does have some holes as well as weaknesses. Keep in mind, if you're looking at Defensive Adaptation numbers, it looks incredible. But it will come with a -Dmg debuff in that adaptation.

That being said, run 2 nictus, 3 num, 1 theft proc in DNA. It is a garunteed full blue bar and full green bar every time you pop it slotted this way. Unlike DA heal, this is 100% garunteed full blue bar.

I know the set isn't released and most likely not fully fine tuned but it's added to the latest Mid's so I gave it a go and wanted to know if anyone have any suggestions for improvements.
Note that IO set assignments are missing for Bio and Nature in 1.959 and this is what I added (name is from name column, not power):
Hardened Carapace: resistance
Inexhaustible: heal, endmod
Environmental Modification: defense
Ablative Carapace: heal
Evolving Armor: resistance
DNA Siphon: meleeaoe, heal, accheal, endmod
Genetic Contamination: tanker, universal, meleeaoe
Parasitic Aura: heal, accheal, endmod, taunt
Now for the build itself, the only one I had problems with was Parasitic Aura. Wanted to get a "full" heal set into it but using a full accHeal made me go over the cap in either 1.88% health or 1.8% endurance.
