I don't think it matters which magazine you choose in the second part, just do all the conversation options for the one you choose.

The first part is Flirt, Be Crass, Be More Crass.
The one that appears to be the fastest combo in the second half is "Golden Gamblers," then "Biggest Jackpot."

For the second part I just do the first option (Scirocco Rocco ?) then again the top option. *shrugs* guess it doesn't matter for the 2nd part heh.

I've found that with the second part sometimes I get all the credit immediately. It might be a bug, or it might just be that I'm awesome (I do Rocco Scirocco).
Ok, so this is the last one I need from the summer event and for some reason, I can't seem to get it. What are you supposed to say? I looked at ParagonWiki and it says to say something "Crass" in the beginning. Well that isn't an option. Crass means rude... your choices are act official, flirt, and intimidate. So which is it?
Also, in the second part, does it matter what option you pick at all?
