Anybody getting PvP Recipes lately?

I got 2 Shield wall Def/Rech last night in some zone PvP.
Really shows how much chance is a factor.

There was a Glad Jav dropped in zone. They do drop, just very infrequently.

Went a whole 24 hours ... nada, zip, zilch, that is 36 hours without a drop. Guess I am due!
I havn't gotten a drop in more than 4 months and now I finally reached 400 rep where 4 month ago I was probably at 0.
It's muffed up on my end. I am not allowed drops.
Fight The Power
After about 75 kills I finally had one drop again...I was beginning to think they were stealth nerfed out of pvp.

I have run a PVP recipe farms for the last 3 nights, including one going for 17 hours straight as I type this. No recipes so far. Anyone else having this problem?
