Nope. 59 "clear" days, not "sunny". "Clear" is classified as zero to "30% of average" cloud cover. (whatever that means - I have no idea what "average" cloud cover is for Pittsburgh, but "clear" days is 30% of that or less)

I didn't read through most of the posts so I don't think anyone has brought it up...

Tyrant, now, may be shown as wanting to rule over Praetoria with "noble" albeit skewed visions of doing more good than harm to the people. Let's not forget that he killed his best friend to keep him from gaining any power of the well.

Do you think that Marcus Cole's first thought was, "Hey, I need to use this power to make the world a better, stronger place," or, "Hey, I need to kill everyone that has a chance of gaining power to match that of my own."

As much as I dislike some stuff that Jack did, I don't think that anything needs to be read into why Tyrant is around and Statesman isn't.

(Incidentally, Raj Ahten, from David Farland's The Runelords would have been a better reference, as he and Tryrant are VERY similar. But the odds of anyone but me understanding that were slim)
The Lord Ruler from Mistborn is also a very good comparison to Tyrant. And a great series if people have not read it.
