Overwhelming Force Set All Deleted

For some reason all my Overwhelming Force Enhancements stored in my SG storage were deleted last night. Log shows them being checked in but not out.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Petitioned yesterday got a response that GM doesn't know how to read an audit log and says they were never there. So it is to battle I go I guess since I can see them in my log.

Ask politely that the ticket be escalated to a Senior CS rep.

Some of the lower level CS people may not have access to the logs but they can escalate it to a Senior CS person.

They have logs that they can go through to verify that they items were put in storage and if they were removed it will show who removed them. If it shows that they were not removed but are not currently in the storage bins, they can restore them.

Remember to stay polite when asking that it be escalated to a Senior CS rep.

Did you try taking a screen shot with the enhancement storage window open to PROVE they were there but not taken? You can turn on screen shots showing the entire user interface by typing the command '/screenshotui 1'. The feature is reversed when you exit the game or you can just replace the 1 with a 0 to manually turn it off.

You can also use the Windows Snipping Tool to screencap just the part of the UI you need.
