My guides:Dark Melee/Dark Armor/Soul Mastery, Illusion Control/Kinetics/Primal Forces Mastery, Electric Armor
"Dark Armor is a complete waste as a tanking set."
I think it's more likely to have been a few fixes rather than any new stuff

It isn't for the AH bug or the misattuning bug in the Overwhelming Force pieces.
As I've theorized elsewhere, they may have held off on the AH matter until the other is fixed. I suspect the misattuned pieces would do unpleasant things to the AH if inserted in current form.
There's probably also some under the hood installation of upcoming material, such as assets for some of the things currently being tested in beta. That doesn't mean those things are imminent, though.
Further, it may have something to do with whatever next week's market release is, since the usual Tuesday release comes right before a U.S. holiday.
