Enhancement Catalysts should me made to trade within account !!

Eh.
Not really against it, not really jumping up and down for it. (And I keep thinking "converters" when I read "catalysts" for some reason.) Can't think of a reason *not* to trade within the account.
I agree and am in favor of making them emailable to yourself only. There is really no profit to be made from these. How could it be exploited?
It is frustrating to have one character they seem to drop on more frequently, who doesn't need them anymore, when you could use them on another, who just has bad luck with the RNG.

The other option I could see is make it so that Catalysts can be used on ATIOs in the enhancement tray. That way you can at least use them to upgrade ATIOs for a different AT and mail those to your other character.
You can only ever use six of them, then you set on the rest of them forever, seems dumb to me. They should be account tradeable at the very least.
Im sorry I just find this utterly annoying. I have several toons who have no use for this catalyst because they dont use the ATIO's and have plenty and I have toons that do use them who are struggling to even get one... I think its still that this cannot be traded within accounts. I can understand not putting it on the market but not being able to trade a drop from a toon that doesnt need it to one that does is just irksome to me..
I hope this change is considered at some point.
