A lot of the music in the game (at least a lot of what's been there since the beginning) wasn't created by Cryptic/Paragon and is often heard in other media.
Except the theme was remade with GR's release; if BK used it they did so without permission. Kevin Manthei made the music for CoX.

It's the original Atlas Park theme, and it's a McDonald's commercial.

Confusing McDonald's for Burger King is excusable. They're both just as tasteless.
So I was listening to the radio today and this Burger King commercial came on. (( Could have been another fast food joint advertising though.)) Whatever.
The point is, The background music started playing and I immediately recognized it... it was the Atlas Park trumpet theme. No mistaking.
Hopefully Paragon Studios knows that BK is using their composed music? Hmm.
