They did express that they felt that Patron powers wouldn't due to the fact they come from an outside source (one I hardily disagree with).

As both a 7 year VIP and a business owner, I understand that the devs have to do what keeps the game alive, or it will go under and then none of us get to play. Because of this, they have to set priorities.
But, as a business owner--and not some rich business owner, by the way--and as a 7 year VIP, I would PAY MONEY PER POOL to be able to change the freaking colors. Anything is better than never having pool customization or having to wait forever for it.

I would totally endorse getting the ability to colour/customize Pool and PPP/APP powers. I would equally endorse adding a few more PPP/APP to round out the thematic choices.
