Incarnate Ability Trading?

I know this is a stretch but can we get the ability to self-trade crafted Incarnate Abilities (either by direct in-game email or through the iMerit Vendors)?

Sometimes we find that an Ability we've crafted may not be what we expected (or is just being replaced by a different Craft) and it could be put to better use by another of our toons... it would be nice to be able to shift the crafted Ability over

Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
*Arc #95278-Gathering the Four Winds -3 step arc; challenging - 5 Ratings/3 Stars (still working out the kinks)
*Arc #177826-Lights, Camera, Scream! - 3 step arc, camp horror; try out in 1st person POV - 35 Ratings/4 Stars

Highly doubtful.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Black Pebble is my new hero.

I learned very quickly to plan ahead when it came to incarnates. When Alpha was introduced I screwed up on a toon and realized "oops no way to undo this at all."

While I am not supportive of your idea...I would support a breakdown feature that had some type of penalty/loss...like break down a tier 1 into X amount of threads (40 for example).

Probably not, just plan ahead, when Alpha came out I had already decided which abilities I was getting, same with the rest except Lore, because of my Stalker's Darkness/Blade theme

If the enemy of my enemy is my friend, is the friend of my friend my enemy?

I agree with planning ahead but sometimes you get thrown a curve-ball; like people already having their T4s when they introduced the second round of Lore Pets (most noticeably), Interfaces and Alphas.

Then just make another?

You've got to realize, the incarnate system is the end game system. The more things like that they implement the less reason people have to do it. The game already has little to do when you hit 50. More trials and DA have helped, but it's still not a ton to do. I mean you can do all the trials in pretty short order and if you can +3, DA is a cakewalk (even being +1 helps tremendously). And once you beat it, well, you can just repeat arcs ad nauseum.

Letting people share stuff even with themselves means you really only have to do Incarnate stuff with 1 character and then you're done and when you have more to do you pull out that -one- character and then get everything done again in short order. That's pretty contrary to what the end game tries to do for people.

And how big a curveball can it be? When you've got someone at +3 almost everything you get is extra. I've got my main toon with stacks of common, uncommon and rare salvage I haven't used. By the time I get Hybrid unlocked I'll probably be able to hop to at least a T3 and till have leftover to craft more stuff. Being able to trade stuff would mean I could cap out all my characters a lot faster and thus be shelving them that much sooner til the next bits of content come out.

So either have something that lets you break down existing powers for threads (as suggested earlier), or have transmute recipes that let you "sidegrade" a completed power to a different power of the same tier for some cost (probably hundreds) in threads.

Asking for a character to be able to abandon one Incarnate ability to work towards another one seems reasonable to me. Asking that one character be free to make Incarnate abilities for the rest of your account is...not gonna happen.

I would be good with either.
