Would this computer work well with CoH?

Intel® Core i5-2320
• Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
• 8GB DDR3-1333 RAM
• (2) 750GB 7,200RPM Hard Drive (RAID 0)
• 16x DVD±RW Drive
• 19-in-1 Memory Card Reader
• AMD Radeon™ HD 6450
• 10/100/1000 Network

Or this one

Intel® Core i7-3770
• Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
• 12GB DDR3-1333 SDRAM
• 2TB 7,200RPM Hard Drive
• DVD±RW Drive
• Memory Card Reader
• AMD Radeon™ HD 7770
• 10/100/1000 Network
• 802.11b/g/n Wireless

The specs on the second one are much better. The processor is far high end and is the latest generation (Ivy Bridge). It has 50% more RAM (but 8 GB is quite a good amount already). The video card in the second is also a lot higher end (unfortunately it's AMD, so you'll have to be careful with drivers for compatibility with CoH). The second also includes wifi, but that's either a need it or don't thing.

The first one has two hard drives in a RAID 0 setup, so it should get slightly faster performance in that regard... but RAID 0 drastically increases the odds of losing all the data due to a disk failure (if one goes, the entire array's data is toast), so I'd personally opt for the 2 TB over the RAID 0 setup... and using a SSD + HDD would get you far faster performance anyways.

If the cost of the two are the same, the second wins easily. If they're priced the same, though, that means either the first is being horrible over priced, or the second is a complete steal.

Sorry, can I vote for neither? Both have weak graphics cards and without knowing more about specific hardware and for how much money, I can't give an accurate answer.

Of the two the second one because the video card is much better than the first however the HD 7770 is decidedly on the low end on the video card spectrum. It's definitely not a balanced approach.

I'm guessing the weak video cards are due to using a weak power supply. Also 12GB is an odd amount for dual channel memory. Sounds like someone is looking to get rid of their stock of 2GB SIMMs.

Well, relatively speaking as well as in the eyes of PC gamers where even a single GPU top end card isn't enough. The HD 7770 is roughly 40% the performance of the GTX 680 and is a tad less powerful than the less expensive HD 6850.

On the other hand the HD 6450 is only 1/5th as powerful of the HD 7770.

For an entry level small energy efficient focused PC the 7770 is fine. However, stuffing a 7770 into a system with an ivy bridge i7 3770 is like sticking Kirkland tires from Costco on a Ferrari.

Don't laugh, one of my friends bought an HP Core i7 PC and it came with that 6450.

Anyways, I'll wait til I see more tangable info.
