Another Panacea proc question
Ones a global bonus and the others a proc. if physical perfection isnt "on" than the proc isnt going to work.

That seems crummy to me, but thanks.
Larry: Owen, what the hell did you do to my wife?
Owen: Well I don't want to say on the phone - all I can tell you is that I killed her last night.
I'm not sure about the whole pvp procs working at any level but if they do, than moving stuff around to fit it into health would benefit you more.

I think I'm just going to ditch the thing and replace it with a Performance Shifter proc. I'd originally thought that the heal keyed off your total modified hit points, and of course it doesn't, so it was already sort of a let down. Anyhow thanks!

Just FYI: The Performance Shifter proc is only going to work if you're high enough level to keep the power it's slotted in, too.

Yeah I know, but if the Panacea proc acts the exact same way, I'd rather have a 10% boost to endurance instead of a 7.5%. Had the PVP IO acted as I'd originally thought (working even while exemped), then I'd probably keep it. Oh well, at least I don't have to blow a respec to shift the slot someplace else.

The proc does work when you're exemp'd. It's just that you exemp'd so low that the power you slotted it in was turned off. That's how it works. That's how it's always worked!

Right. I guess I was just thinking that since a set bonus from a PVP or purple IO will stick around even if the power it's in is greyed out, procs from those sets would still work too. I guess not though. Thanks again.

If its a global it will - as globals are another form of set bonus.

A proc isn't a set bonus. I do believe you're right in that the set bonuses from a purple or pvp set will still function regardless of whether the power they're slotted in is operating or not. A set IO with a proc won't work unless the power it's slotted in is functioning.
I already had Health six slotted with stuff so I put the Panacea proc in Physical Perfection, thinking that since it's a PVP IO, it'd go off no matter how low I exemp (didn't take Physical Perfection until 47). But I'm running the first signature story arc (exemped to level 20), and the damn thing just sits there! Did I buy a lemon, or do I have to lick the connectors or something to get it to work?
It was my understanding that PVP IOs don't care what level you are (like purples). I have a Shield Wall +3 resistance as well, and it's slotted in a power that is grayed out at the level I've exemped to, yet it's still working. What's the deal?
