KM - Burst - Ground only?

It doesn't seem to indicate it in the description, but the animation looks ground oriented, so I'm wondering if it can used while flying or not?

It works while hovering. You're releasing energy, not really ground specific.

My KM/Elec scrapper, Silver Mage, constantly hovers and uses various bright colors for KM attacks as pixy force energy, including Burst.

It's not so much 'ground base' looking as it is 'expanding energy'...however, it does kind of sound 'ground base' too as the impact makes a sound like it's connecting with the ground.
