Radiant Strike and Incandescent Strike fulfill the stated purpose of Air Sup as -fly melee range powers. Expecting an Exact Clone In Every Way is.. silly.
Kheldians gain extra powers to make up for their lack of aux pools.
I have no other opinions on this.

Why that idea should be scrapped?
SoA can get leadership twice and Warshades cant fly for a silly restriction.
It is very annoying, not being able to take Fly as a Warshade. I would love to see that changed, I would respec my 50 just to take advantage of that.

I know the usual reply: "They already have them"
My reply back: I said the HUMAN-forms.

4 Air Superiority

14 Group Fly
14 Afterburner
10 Combat Flight
Nothing Comparable for Air Sup
1 Energy Flight
16 Group Energy Flight
24 Quantum Acceleration
Human Peacebringers do not have access to Air Superiority.
Human Warshades do not have access to any of these powers.

4 Recall Friend
4 Teleport Foe
4 Teleport
14 Team Teleport
14 Long Range Teleport
10 Shadow Recall
8 Starless Step

Nothing Comparable for Team Teleport

Suggestion 2: Give Kheldians accesss to some Ancillary power pools, specifically the energy-manipulating ones.
IMO Peacebringers are comparable to Blasters and Scrappers so I recommend the following:
Electrical Mastery (Blaster APP)
Force Mastery (Blaster APP)
Blaze Mastery (Scrapper APP)
Darkness Mastery (Scrapper APP)
IMO Warshades are comparable to Defenders and Controllers so I recommend the following:
Fire Mastery (Controller APP)
Psionic Mastery (Controller APP)
Dark Mastery (Defender APP)
Power Mastery (Defender APP)
