Any suggestions for my blaster?
switch blzing bolt IOs with blaze. Also get a -KB proc in there somwhere
Blaze:
TS/ATIO: 3.57/3.15
Blazing Bold:
TS/ATIO: 4.28/3.85
And with all the Thunderstrikes and Posi Blasts, I'm sitting on +48% Acc before IO enhancement.
Damage in both cases are capped and End isn't an issue.

Bonfire is there mainly as a "Get the **** away from me" power. And I don't really have the slots to do anything with it like you suggested (without compromising my defense).
The same goes for Aim. It's slotted that way for the defense boost.
So, are you pretty much hovering and fighting from range with this, then? If that's the case, burn is not that useful as a power choice (as you have to be on the ground to use it), blazing aura with its 8 ft radius probably doesn't do enough damage to justify its end use. If more survivability at range is your goal, I'd drop these (and maybe CJ) for the fighting pool, and get some more slots into your epic armor.
Also, the regen tissue in RotP will only activate when you use the power. As to blaze vs. blazing bolt for the ATO set, blaze will give you more opportunities to benefit from the dmg proc. Hot feet looks underslotted to me. The 3rd lotg (the d/e) in CJ and hover don't benefit you much as they're both fairly inexpensive powers endurance-wise, and there are better ways to boost HP with those slots. Hasten can get by on 2 slots if you're willing to throw a few boosters in. If you're going to take Inferno, I'd slot it at least for dmg, if not also recharge. You can skimp on acc in that power since it's likely to be preceded by aim and build-up. If you find you don't use it much, I'd replace it with an lotg mule (like stealth, which would incidentally give you 'full stealth' combined with the IO in sprint). Or maybe assault, if you don't want to give up CJ.
I agree...if your plan is Hover-Blasting then Bonfire, Hot Feet, Combustion and Blazing Aura are not going to do much but burn End. I would remove them, add slots to your Armor and self-Rez (if you die a lot, die near the enemy then explode to get them back tee hee!). I would also get Flares back as your other 'Oh crap I'm Mezzed!' power.
"Comics, you're not a Mastermind...you're an Overlord!"
The same goes for Aim. It's slotted that way for the defense boost.

I quite liked ya build, it made me spark up mine to see what I went for. What you've done is dropped in some offense with some attacks in order to maintain high defense. I get that, I didn't do that myself, I settled for being offensive and with the need for a luck to softcap but I team and teams bring all kinds of things that may put me in the position of simply being about full on damage.

In my case with my Fire/fire/fire blaser I often team with a sonic defender, so I only worry about damage and the sonic shields make me a tank and sonic dispersion makes my scary AoE monster into an AoE god.

yeah. like I said, I was doing so much damage I was ripping aggro. It kinda sucks when half a group un-glomps from the tank, comes over and make you kiss carpet and thank them for the opportunity...
My damage output has come down. Sure. But I am a lot safer now (I'm a big proponent of "safe") and can solo in DA at greater than x1 without ROTP'ing every mob.

Why buy Thunderstrikes from the store? They're easy enough to get in-game. And there's a, ahem, controversy going on right now about certain store-bought enhancements leading a number of players to boycott them.
Regenerative Tissue is a Proc120s. In Rise of the Phoenix it will only be active for the 2 minutes after using Rise of the Phoenix. If you're leaving it as a one-slot wonder, maybe a Mez/Dmg HO instead?
Agree with above poster on swapping Inferno out for Assault. Or Afterburner. Not because Inferno's an awful power (okay, maybe a little awful) but because Assault and Afterburner do better as one-slot wonders. One-slotted, Inferno is definitely awful.

Moreover, because the Thunderstrikes exemp. So I basically keep my defense numbers down to level 27.

One of the reasons why I asked for people to look. I occasionally pull boners like this. Like accidentally tossing a Kismet 6% Acc unique into...PFF (facepalm).
I like still having an attack chain while I'm mezzed.
Also, you realize the Regenerative Tissue unique only works for 2 minutes after you rez, right? (directed at Hyperstrike)

OK. In between crunching vids I looked over the build in much more detail. You mentioned being a ranged hover blaster and all your PBAoEs are woefully underslotted (except BA, arguably the worst performer of the bunch). Considering that, I went and made a significant alteration. If you prefer keeping the PBAoEs for funs, please ignore the rest.
The following build would be more survivable and is more inspiration friendly. There are mostly subtle shifts, but they add up pretty dramatically.
First the losses: Range defense dropped 0.6%, Nrg/Neg Def dropped ~7%, and net recovery dropped slightly. Consume takes 2 seconds longer to recharge and doesn't recover as much per enemy hit. Build Up lost 1 second of recharge and 1.6% of To-hit buff. The build no longer buffs team defense by 3.5%. And, of course, there are no longer any regular PBAoE damage powers.
The gains: 6% Sm/Le Def, 1.6% F/C/Psi/AoE Def, 3.9% Melee Def, 24.8% Sm/Le resistance, 6% Fire Res, 3% Cold Res, 37% regen (about 2.3 HP/sec if you have the accolades), +6% To-hit, +3% damage, +7.5% recharge, some +perception, and 4pts of KB protection. I also added the Posi Blast procs to your three TAoEs, they would work better than the enhancers I removed.
What do the gains mean? Sm/Le is still your most common threat, the higher resists will be noticeable (if you tier 4 your Alpha, you will pick up even more resists). 1 medium or 2 small purples (25% def or 26.25% def if vet) now caps you to everything except F/C/Psi whereas the other build falls short everywhere except range and Nrg/Neg (slotted fortitude or Cold Shields will cap you to SM/Le/Nrg/Neg/Mel/Range). 3 smalls (or 1 med and 1 small) incarnate cap you to everything except F/C/Psi. One note, it is a minor thing, but when mezzed your old build was capped to range, nrg, and neg with 1 small luck, since the following build relies on Weave, if you get mezzed, this is no longer true. Orange inspires are now much more powerful (vs. Sm/Le), since they are stacking onto 47% resists.
Char is useful and having Flares will give you solid damage even when mezzed (Sequestered, who cares?). I'd consider dropping Inferno and picking up Air Sup, but I think Ring of Fire will take care of any -Fly needs, so I left Inferno for giggles.
If you use Blaze-Ring-Blast as your primary chain, the new build can attack for 4.5 minutes before running out (assuming no accolades) and it is actually unlikely you would burn the endurance out due to lag/being human. If you have the passive accolade endurance buffs, that would eliminate the concern entirely.

Okay, recently rebuilt my fire/fire/flame blaster.
I'd had him frankenslotted and his damage output was, frankly, phenomenal.
Unfortunately, it was so phenomenal he was ripping aggro off even decent tanks and getting killed in nearly every encounter during DA content. Mainly because he was built for pure, max damage blasting. Pretty much no defense.
As such, I went into a rebuild phase with him. Dropped a B on him (plus spent some hoarded PP's on SBIO) and am MUCH happier with the results now as a high defense hover-blaster. But, I figured I'd post up here and let people tear into the build and make suggestions for optimization.

Level 50: Cardiac Total Core Revamp
------------
Note: All the Thunderstrikes are SBIO. As are the two Numinas in Health.
Everything else is standard IO.
So. Any suggestions for improving this build?
Also, not noted here. The Alpha is a Cardiac Total Core Revamp. So Endurance isn't really an issue unless I decide to jump into melee range.
