Assault Rifle 1 ACC SO or 2?
With TD running you should be fine with 1 SO.

Yep, your to-hit chance vs. +2s is capped with 1 SO. You can see this yourself in mids by going to options -> configuration -> exemping & base values. Change the base to hit chance from 75 to 56 for +2s (48 for +3s). When you mouse over a power, a description shows up in Info (to the left) that includes 'Accuracy'. This is your to hit chance, anything 95% or higher is capped.
Agreed with others. TD allows for you to just need to slot 1 SO ACC and you are good to go.

Caveat - TD suppresses while mezzed. You'll want extra accuracy in Burst, Slug and Web Grenade since you can use these while mezzed, a near permanent condition against several late game enemy types.

Get a kismet +6 to hit with the AR/Targetting drone combo, and you are pretty much not missing much of anything.
/Traps gets mezzed less than /devices. Perhaps that's what Gemini_2099 was thinking?
I agree though, one ACC in most attacks while running TD.
2 ACC in Slug and Burst. 6 slot those puppies.

Actually, unless you fight a lot of uplevel enemies, 1 accuracy SO is fine regardless of secondary.
It's just when you start fighting +2s and higher you need to worry about more.
I'm serious. Log into a character who has 1 Acc SO in its attacks and watch your combat log. You will be at 95% to hit on the majority of the things you shoot at.
Obviously enemies with defense or to-hit debuffs will change that, but in situations where you are not debuffed and they are not buffed 1 accuracy is sufficent.

I'm Assault Rifle/Devices.
Assault Rifle has inherent higher base accuracy (ranging from 1.05X - 2.0X base). I also have Targetting Drone (25 % tohit buff maxed). I have 7% ACC buff from a set bonus. Given all that do you think 2 ACC SOs or 1 ACC SO per power; I HATE missing and want to be able to hit +2 baddies with very few misses.
