Yes, because there's no NDA. What was stricken from the forums recently was *leaked* info. Like the Website's Feature page which was leaked twice. Or the power pools and and powersets and ATs leaked in Beta... that information gets pulled from the forums if there's screenshots or detailed information. All that's left is the info of the names of the leaked stuff.
Dumb, because it's still in Beta. Things change. No use telling Freemiums who can't get into Beta about how the new stuff will work when by the time it goes Live, a lot of it gets changed. Those not in Beta will ask a thousand questions because they can't get in themselves... are you prepared to answer all their questions? Or after teasing them with the info, will you leave them hanging and frustrated? Not wise to do.
If you want to talk about Beta stuff, there are Beta forums for that. For a reason.

Well I think anything that's been announced is fair game at this point. Just it needs to be clear what is still being worked on, like the incarnate slot, and what seems to be pretty ready to go, like Night Ward. And the rest, yeah, not worth talking about since we won't get any new info for a while.
Stuff that will almost certainly happen:
o New zone, Night Ward, is a spooky magic version of First Ward.
o Hybrid, a new incarnate slot, is opened up. Six down, four to go.
o New iTrial is the only way to earn Hybrid iXP. It's not too hard though.
o New Task Force in Independence Port.
... I'm sure there's more I'm missing.
Very excited about new incarnate Slot. I am back on Brutes, and overclocking one of those monsters is always a joy.
Interested in new powersets, and especially if Energy Melee will get any love. Been rumored a long time. I suppose its too soon to hope they can figure out what do to about Blasters. Although i wish Arcanaville (and all other Blaster advocates!) all the luck in the world.
