Arachnos Soldier - Moral Alignment System

Yes, your Arachnos soldier is free to go Hero, Villain, Vigilante or Rogue. If you buy the system you have it whether you're premium or VIP but if you go VIP it is included in your subscription.
VIP content means it's free for VIPs while they are VIP.
Also, if you poke around online and can find a cheap copy of City of Heroes : Going Rogue that would give you a month VIP, plus perma-premium access to the alignment system, the four GR powersets, Praetoria, and I can't think of anything else.

This. For about the price of just the alignment system, you can get all of Going Rogue, plus a month of VIP and the 400 Paragon point stipend that comes with it.
I think Amazon still has boxes of Going Rogue. Just don't get a "used" one that's been "played once," those have the serial code used and they won't do you any good.

i have never looked into it, but does Paragon Rewards Program rank matter in getting Alignment Merits? I know you have to be Tier 4 to get reward and vanguard merits.

FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
I have already created an Arachnos Soldier, but I am considering unlocking the Alignment System in the store.
Alignment System
"VIP Content: Purchase of the "Going Rogue System" allows your hero or villain character to change their morality alignment AT LEVEL 20 by making hard, story-driven choices to explore the shades of gray between Heroes and Villains. Your character's moral choices affect your gameplay experience and determine your character's ultimate destiny."
Does the Moral Alignment System work for Arachnos Soldiers?
Will this allow my Arachnos Soldier to be able to play Hero content and will I be able to go to Hero cities?
The store item reads "VIP Content", does this mean I need to be a VIP to be able to use this?
