Uhm...No. I'm sorry, but
1.) this would be far too OP, and tankmagery is not a thing in this game.
2.) Kheldians are Epic Archetypes...they are designed to be entirely unique, and there will never be a powerset based off of it.

Ahhh such a shame I thought for sure people would like the Idea of an Elemental type of playstyle.I mean who wouldn't want a character that could use more than just fists alone and could bring out weapons.

Battle axe, broadsword, claws, dual blades, katana/ninja blade, spines, staff fighting, titan weapons, war mace, beam rifle, assault rifle, archery, dual pistols?

But seriously, the main issue is that the set would be impossible to balance, and it would be stealing a unique thing from the Kheldian ATs. The reason they can do what they do is because they're friggin' energy beings! It's not an art, it's their biology.

So you want a powerset that has every damage type and every weapon type with melee, ranged, defensive, and hold powers?
A) There is no real unifying theme to someone who can spit fire, ice, electricity, toxic, psionic, and energy.
B) This powerset's mechanics would either be a hopelessly unfocused mess or entirely too overpowered. There's really no middle ground here.

Let's have something original, rather than "It was powers ripped straight from X archetype, BUT it can do X damage instead."
I'd love to point out everything wrong with this, but i'd be here a while. Basically, when people want something 'Epic', they usually DON'T mean 'Something that can do everything perfectly', but an Archetype that has something wholly unique and 'Epic' to it.
Being able to do everything is none of those things. It's boring, it's overpowered and invalidates everything a RPG stands for i.e. If one class can do everything perfectly, why bother with other classes?
I was doing some playthroughs of City of Heroes. Now they will serve as memories of a better time ...
I like the Kheldian Power Pool idea much better.

Ok So this is a Suggestion about a possible Melee set that could be the Very Best of them all so far.I bring this up because with everything happening the Kheldians will most likely be left behind.Ok So here goes
This would be a set where the player has an all around player.By All around I mean Melee,range,holds,etc.Although it has been done it hasnt been done in quite this way.Have the set to where the player has different types of attacks,attacks like Electric,fire,freezing and even a phase shift attack.Next,why not give this set something I like to call "Kheldian Rage",This would work like rage however it would also provide a moderate +Defense to all attacks.Finally The most exciting part I would like to introduce Kheldian Weaponry!!! This could work in a couple ways,I'll explain in a way I see it in my mind first.Kheldian Weaponry could work as an Epic Power pool for this set only.This Kheldian pool would allow the player to choose a Kheldian Weapon,That weapon could be a Kheldian Sword,Kheldian Titan Weapon,Kheldian Axe,Kheldian bow and arrows,Mace or even a Kheldian Staff!!!All weapons of course would need to look different from the originals and would be nice if each weapon had a different effect with it! The Staff could be electric,Titan weapons could be toxic,and so on and so forth.I think this Idea would be amazing,I mean come on a set where you have Melee,range and Weapons!I have much more but for now I figure I would just throw the Idea out there.
