Basically every signature character and AV cheats like that. Not 100% of them, but a lot. A good bit of them have powers from more than 2 sets. Such combinations tend to work much better for NPCs than they would for players because most of those NPCs have innate defenses and resistances, on top of a huge health pool. Players would be defenseless running into melee if we tried to be like Dream Doctor.

While not such a split personality as this example, one of my "favorites" is the version of Back Alley Brawler we meet villain-side. He's a SS+EM/Inv character. Oh, and most of his powers are insanely better than the versions we get, such as his ET and Hurl being AoEs, and his Hand Clap dealing comparable damage to Foot Stomp.

Most of the AVs and signature characters do that? Hell, I gotta pay better attention to the enemies I'm fighting. I didn't even notice that and I've finished the entire SSA arc. Oh well, and good point about the running defenseless into melee. I guess that would be splat city.
Too bad this game doesn't have a visually appealing and simple way to show me what powers/attacks a targeted foe is using, like Guild Wars does. I guess the combat log works somewhat, even if it becomes a jumbled mess in a big spawn.

That has usually accurate information about every enemy in the game. The newer content takes some extra time to show up though since people have to figure it all out.

Actually, I think Ill/Staff would work epicly. You have all the insane mitigation in Illusion, and Guarded Spin from staff. Think a Dominator focused entirely on melee, except they don't get Illusion. Which sucks.

Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
I was going to suggest the Power Analyzer Mk I/II/III temp powers, but looking at those screeshots in the wiki, it doesn't seem to list powers. Or do they and the screenshot is just cut off?

The Power Analyzer helps us get critter buff power names. Those will appear under stats. Debuffs and attacks, we'd have to analyze the critter's target.

Rockshock (Druid Tanker), Medicat (Combat Medic), Dwarf From the North (Ice Mage), Rocket Gal (Energy Blaster), Graveborn (Undead Mastermind), Streeker (Punching Speedster), Op. Sidewinder (Recluse's pet Spider)
The other day when I sat down to play through the DA story arcs, I noticed that Dream Doctor is functionally an illusion/staff AT. I'm not sure if he gets access to all of the powers in each powerset (I doubt it), but he definitely gets PA, blind, and flash (I think) on the illusion side and Guarded Spin and the tier 9 big hitter (sky something, can't remember) on the staff side. Are there other NPCs I'm unaware of that do this? Is this a possible experiment by the devs into combining traditionally unrelated powersets? Maybe something we can look forward to in the future? Hint hint, nudge nudge devs...
