Do any non-weapon sets give +Def in an attack power?

All,

I am on a mobile device far from Mids, and I was just wondering if there are any primary attack sets that give defense when you attack. I dislike weapon sets, so katana, broadsword, and titan weapons are sets I want to avoid.

If there arent any, well, no biggie. I was just hoping I had overlooked one.

Martial Arts Storm Kick gives +def, but I think that is for tankers only.

It's yet another weapons set, but Staff Fighting also has a power that grants +Def. Not what you were looking for, I know, but thought it was worth mentioning (in case it ever actually gets released).

Dark Melee gives -ToHit on your foes, that's functionally identical to +Def except for fighting against AVs. AVs will resist the debuff so much that it won't be reliable for much.

That would be a great buff for MA. Have Cobra strike Stun and give a +def like parry.

I really think MA and the older sets all need to be reworked by the current dev team.
