Buy Beam Rifle? I already did!

Three of my characters on Exalted are locked because I supposedly don't have beam rifle on my account. Except that I already purchased it, created and played those characters. Did I miss the part where I lost it and have to buy it again?

I'd suggest contacting support about the issue. Seeing as you have BR characters, it should be obvious that you had purchased it at sometime (although if you have the confirmation email for it, that should make things go even faster).

Edit: Do SerialBeggar/Texas Justice's suggestion first. That seems pretty likely to be the case.

I've had this a couple of times at the Character Selection screen, but when I backed out to the log in screen to re-log in, it was ok again.

Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

Basically, when you logged in your account didn't sync to the store correctly, so it can't verify what you have purchased.

As SerialBeggar points out, just back out to the log in screen, log in again and it should be fine.

I've seen reports of a few people that had to close the game entirely and relaunch the game, but those were some time ago.
